or So you wanna' be a scripter, huh?
This is the first in a brief series of tutorials aimed at getting a mid-level TESCS builder familiar with
and using (at a practical level - not just theoretically or copy-pasting) the Morrowind scripting language,
which I have fondly dubbed, "Script". The reader should already be at least generally familiar with TESCS,
although no prior programming (or scripting) experience is required whatsoever. By the end of this first
tutorial, you should be able to look at existing code and have the capability of discerning how it does
what it does, and you should be able to write some simple scripts of your own, from scratch.
If you've already learned a programming language (like C), this tutorial will probably be far too basic for you.
You can probably pick up the scripting language TESCS uses just by looking at it, and reading through some of the Helpfiles.
Later tutorials in this series will cover more advanced topics, like optimizing code, construction (idiom)
theory, and debugging methods.
