So I'm completely new to the modding community, Ive been a long time xBox player.  After hearing about Tamriel Rebuilt i decided to make the jump to PC gaming.  So here's my issue.  I DL'd Tamriel Rebuilt, installed, and registered the .bsa, but when I'm exploring the mainland, these little floating exclamation points appear all over the place.

Is this a result of an area i'm exploring being incomplete, or am I missing files?  

Any help would be appreciated.

Might be an OpenMW thing. Do they also appear in the normal Morrowind engine?

 

Also, could you post the part of your .ini file where you registered the bsa?

I tried running in wineskin, but couldn't get it to work,  that's why im using OpenMW
