 		There has been a bit of a change in the Core rankings lately.
Stalker has stepped down from his Administrator position, but has not left the Core. He will continue to be in charge of OoT, but is now on a Global Moderator level.
Morden has agreed to step up and replace him as the new Administrator.
Also, Ludovic has stepped up to be a co-HoR alongside Lady N.

So everyone put on a festive hat and do a dance.

 		Actually, that's not a bad idea.
But sadly no, HoR stands for Head of Reviewers. Instead of piling the whole mess of responsibility of that position on Lady N's head, she wants to split it with Lud.
