theviking, TR's Head of Quests for a very productive time full of high quality work, has decided it's time for him to step down and be replaced by new blood. He will remain with TR, working on quests, reviewing, and other general quality assurance. Bloodthirsty Crustacean, just barely not a relatively new member anymore, has been promoted to take the reins from theviking at perhaps the most exciting time for Morrowind quests. Congratulations to BC and thanks again theviking for a great tenure!

Congrats BC, you certainly earned it.  I'm sure you'll do a great job as HoQ. I look forward to working with you (well... more) in the near future.
And you've done a great job, viking. I'm glad your still going to stick around with TR.

Nice, good to see that this is going so smoothly. I was hoping that this move would bring a new spirit to the quests department and it seems it did that already. Congratulations to Bloodthirsty Crustacean, I think you really deserve it.
