 		Got it to work by using a the Aundae(I have no clue how to spell this since I've never done any vampire quests) Clan vampire amulet thing(As Bloodthristy Crustacean suggested below) and removing the vampire parts of the script.

I'll be adding some finishing touches to my mod and uploading it in a while... oh and cleaning it.

 		If this is not needed for playable purposes, it will be infinitely simpler to just use the COC console command. (Open the console, then type coc "Your Cell's Name")

If you want to get in to the rather complex scripts that are needed to do this, the simplest solution would be to re-engineer an existing script that does this, such as the vampire amulets scripts, rather than work from scratch.
