I want to start making my own website for a side project in wordpress however im not ready yet to pay for a hosting service until i have atleast tried setting up part of my website. Does anyone know of a way to start building a website in wordpress prior to having it hosted. im not looking for it to go online anytime soon but would be nice to look at it and get a feel for the site and the tools first.

Yeah, wordpress offers free hosting as youresite.wordpress.com. You can do whatever you want with it that way, then transfer it to another domain name when you’re ready.
Does: concepts, textures, youtube vids, admin stuff e.g. PR, handbook, assets, small website things. Activity level: wildly unpredictable. Still active. Find me on Discord.
