I should add, these are the only vampires I've come across in my game so far, so I don't know if it affects all vampires.
Tamriel Rebuilt does not
Tamriel Rebuilt does not replace vampire faces of vanilla races.
Also, the body with the Boots
Also, the body with the Boots of the Apostle has fuchsia face.
Tested on a minimal mod
Tested on a minimal mod install, all vampire faces (including Raxle Berne) show up correctly. This is not a TR bug, but some other mod.
