I updated Tamriel Rebuilt from 17.09 to the newest, and now I can't load my savegame. I have updated to the newest Tamriel_Data as well. I found somewhere I'm supposed to run the TR_FilePatcher_v2.jar but I'm having trouble running it. Attempting to run in command line just gives me this error:
Missing attributes for JarRsrcLoader in Manifest (Rsrc-Main-Class, Rsrc-Class-Path)
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.eclipse.jdt.internal.jarinjarloader.JarRsrcLoader.main(JarRsrcLoader.java:46)

Good news, you don't even need the filepatcher. You only use it on files dependent on TR_Data.esm instead of the new Tamriel_Data.esm, or for savegames from 16.03 or lower.

I'd recommend trying to clean your save with Wrye Mash instead, for the reason MinerMan laid out.
Does your game simply not load or does it say something (in the warnings.txt) as to why it crashes)?

Turns out the problem was my Tamriel_Data plugin. I must of gotten a corrupted or unfinished download, because alls I did was redownload and reinstsall it, clean my save with Wrye Mash (which I had done before as well), and it worked fine. Thanks for the info about the patcher!
