Description: 

Planning to create new chracter after a while not playing morrowind, but apparently, some error makes the game unplayable (CTD) after updating to newest version.
Any idea why?
The error code can be seen either on title or the screenshot.

Edit:
After a lot of reinstalling the mod, finally fixed (possibly because something wrong with the download).
To be exact, I installed the mod on 2 different organizer (NMM and Vortex), so I uninstalled the NMM ones and reinstall on Vortex.

maybe some mod loaded after is renaming the 1, -24 cell? if this is the case, you should be able to fix it running tes3cmd multipatch, the generated multipatch.esp should rename the cell back to Tur Julan

Tried it ( tes3cmd multipatch ), not working. Still same error.

What happens if you just load

What happens if you just load the base game + TR content? Like abot said, there's probably a mod conflict that's causing this issue, but your load order doesn't immediately reveal any mods that I know could cause this. If just base + TR works, try activating them one by one to see which one causes the problem.

Nope, not working.
This happens when I update Tamriel Rebuilt, previous one are working just fine before.
Oh, if this helps, I updating the mod using Vortex.

Why's picture

Hm, we generally recommend against using mod managers (besides Wrye Mash) to install our things, but off the top of my head I can't think of a reason why Vortex would result in this specific error. I suppose you could try reinstalling the manual way, if you're willing.
I'll look into implementing a fix for the edge case when another mod renames the exterior cell, anyway. Thanks for the bugreport and I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Okay, update.
Kind of pissed off, I went to NMM (Nexus Mod Manager, Vortex's predecesor), and installing there.
It works now (playable), but still have many errors, as follows:

Unable to find script 'TR_m1_NPC' on object 'TR_m1_Hessei_Lig'.

Unable to find script 'TR_m1_NPC' on object 'TR_m1_Arlie_Drest'.
Item "TR_m2_He_MGKey" not found on "TR_m2_Simpremus Comnor".
Texture "Textures\_land_default.tga" count 3.
Texture "Textures\menu_thick_border_bottom_right_corner.dds" count 2.

The TR_m1_NPC scripts are outdated - and from a rather old version of TR - use the TR_FilePatcher_v2.jar that came with your Tamriel_Data download to filepatch your save file and hopefully fix these issues.
