Description: 

The door leading from Tomaril Manor, Guard Tower: Upper Levels to the exterior plops the player inside some collision mesh where you can't move any further, without turning clip off. (I remember there used to be a similar issue with the Telvanni Council house in Port Telvannis.)

Yep, Upper Levels. I guess OpenMW then handles the collision differently in some way. But I remember there being a similar issue in Port Telvannis that got fixed eventually either by TR or OpenMW. Wouldn't it be easy to make a slight modification of the door marker to sidestep the issue entirely?
