Than hundred times to hear, it's better one time to see, as we say in Russia. See the screenshot. Third quest in Old Ebonheart's Fighters Guild. Aurelia has summoned a ghost and the ghost sends me with Aurelia to Dondril. I speak to Aurelia and get the error. When I answer 'Continue?' - 'Yes', Aurelia doesn't follow player. Reloading a save doesn't help. The problem didn't occur in TR 18.09. Now everything is latest versions, no errors when loading. I think maybe there's a mere mistake in the cell name, I'll try and fix it myself.

There wasn't an error in a script, but in a dialogue. There was written:
while the cell is called "Dondril, Nalis Varo's House". No "Hetman". I corrected it and Aurelia follows me. I think everything must work now. I'll keep you informed. Looks like there should be a little hotfix for 19.12.

I'm using the supreme follower system mod so that she will follow me , I'll let you know if the journal will update.

It worked! :) just use a follower mod which allows any NPC to follow you by your command or use the command humanoid spell but I guess that is more time consuming and I'm not sure if it would allow you the character to follow you outdoor or indoor
