I made a house in Balmora next to the Temple. Cell name is "Balmora, Showcase House".

P.S. I also wanted to point out that when cleaning my file, it had a bunch of terrain textures in it and after cleaning them in CS 2 Balmora cells have grass replaced with default dirt. However in-game this issue doesn't appear.

Okay just ahead of a formal review a few things need to be dealt with:

First, Interior devs dont handle merging the int so this shouldnt be connected to its ext nor should his showcase file contain exterior edits. You should also have your interior marked "TR" IE "TR_Showcase House" as that is what you'll be marking all your ints with as an int dev anyway good to start the habit early.

Second, this file is extremly dirty, my guess is you've been hitting save in the object window, that doesnt save your object it edits the root object. For future reference just hit the x to close or the escape key (cancel cancels your edits) but for now just delete the objects in tesame, your int will be mostly unaffected but you might have to make a few tweaks.

Third, the you've designed this is very clealry designed to maximise the number of displays for object placement which on the one hand is good but on the other this interior isnt showing much of a purpose, is it a home, a store, ect. I'd reccomend shrinking down the basement somewhat and trying to clutter through the rest more purposefully.

Get these dealt with and then I'll give this a formal review. Oh and please join the discord (link in the page footer), it is where the majority of discussions take place and is the quickest way to get feedback.

So I made the changes necessary (I think). Now the cell is named "TR_showcase".

Reviewed

Name: TR_showcase, good
Clean: Yes
Lighting: Base settings are too bright, also blue light sources get reserved for mages, alchemists, ect for visual coherence so these should be replaced with neutral light sources
Northmarker: present, good
Fits exterior: Yes (based on choice of shell chosen)
Pathgrid: No, required
Illegal to Sleep Here: Yes, correct
Gridsnap: Good

Bleeders:
misc_de_foldedcloth00: bleeding into table x2
misc_de_tankard_01: bleeding into table x2
misc_de_foldedcloth00: bleeding into the other table.
light_de_candle_18: bleeding and floating slightly on the side table
Misc_DE_glass_green_01: bleeding hard into side table

Floaters:
floating slightly on corner
apparatus_a_mortar_01: needs to be bled to the rim to properly hide the bottom point
misc_de_bowl_glass_peach_01: needs to be bled to the rim to properly hide the bottom point
com_sack_01_chpfood5: needs to be bled slightly into the crate below (to give the impression the cloth is naturally resting)
com_sack_01_ingred: should bleed slightly into the sack below, same reason as above
misc_de_goblet_02: floating a tiny amount over the shelf x5
com_sack_02: should be bled slightly into the crate, same reason as the others
com_sack_03: should be bled into the urn slightly
com_sack_01: should be bled into the ground slightly
com_sack_01: should be bled into the sack below it slightly

Other:
active_de_p_bed_28: should be replaced with a bed
tapestries placed incorrectly, see attatched image for standard method

A good start, do need to add a pathgrid (tutorial here: https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/content/tutorial-pathgridding-tutorial ) along with the other fixes. I'd also reccomend adding a bit of clutter from TD (not the fixed furniture obviously) just too help familiarise yourself with whats there to use. And again please join the discord: https://discord.gg/EAGwCM7 (It really does make this stuff easier)

Here's the updated file, I also pinged you on Discord. My only problem with TR items were that i couldnt drag them out of Object Window or they were missing meshes. I did update TR related esp/esms and bsas and its still happening. I think i managed to add one item from TR content because of this

Okay that TD issue is something you'll need to adress ASAP since if you cant make use of the new assets that basically makes it impossible for you to do most ints, what items specifically were you having trouble with? Side question, did the issue persist after closing and re-opening the CS?

It was stuff that was starting with "T_" and yes, it was still happening after reopening CS. Am I missing some resources?

Just curious with the BSA's not being read, did you have them registered? I assume you would to have been playing the mod, but still worth checking for future reference anyway.

DarkKnightComes Showcase Review 2
Name: TR_showcase, good
Clean: Yes
Lighting: Better, over-corrected and its now too dark (the balance is a hard to get right) raise the ambient setting but have sunlight close to zero (around ten), sunlight is directional so generally looks odd if its the dominant lightsource in imts.
Northmarker: present, good
Fits exterior: Yes (based on choice of shell chosen)
Pathgrid: Mostly good, should have nodes in the bedroom as well (might have to nudge some objects but you can fit one alongside the bed)
Illegal to Sleep Here: Yes, correct
Gridsnap: Good

Bleeders:
com_sack_01_ingred: bled a little too much, never want the corners visbly bleeding(its fine if its into the side of a bookshelf or the like where its not obvious)

Floaters:

Other:
active_de_p_bed_28: should be replaced with a bed.

Fix these last few issues and I'll reccomend for promotion.

The problem with BSA's was that I just needed to unpack them, because CS wasn't reading from them, but they were registered. Also previously I didn't get what you meant by replacing the bed, but I think I got it this time.
P.S. Previously I used BSAReg.exe to register them and it said that they already are. But now that I looked inside Morrowind.ini, there was an option to look for archives first and it was set to zero, which made it never look for BSA's.

Yeah manually register your .bsa's its dead simple and more reliable https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/about/frequently-asked-questions/bsa

Name: TR_showcase, good
Clean: Yes
Lighting: Base settings fine and no greenlight occuring, if this was a claim though I'd expect more light sources on the top floor but for showcase purposes this would be fine
Northmarker: present, good
Fits exterior: Yes (based on choice of shell chosen)
Pathgrid: Clipping into the doorway in the new section, better to have a new node outside the door and then the path go straight through the doorway, jusr to avoid the chance of NPC's getting stuck.
Illegal to Sleep Here: Yes, correct
Gridsnap: Good

Bleeders:

Floaters:

Other:

Only one thing left to fix for the promotion, might seem like a nitpick but pathgrids do directly effect gameplay so making sure their right is essential.
