I don’t see how this is cross-project coordination.
This is an infodump about a whole lot of resources we can’t use because we’re sticking with vanilla style and they would clash horribly. Not that their work isn’t impressive and that it isn’t appreciated, but what exactly do you want us to coordinate with?

Yeah, Atrayonis words things a bit differently
As he says we do appreciate the amount of work has been put into it, and the work you put into it to notify us. Unfortunately we can't use the mod because it clashes too much with the vanilla style of the game, which we try to maintain throughout the mainland.
Something that you could do is making a mod that implements these things on top of Tamriel Rebuilt. Someone is already doing so, with a mod that puts children npc's on the mainland.
