Hey guys! I’ve been looking over Tamriel Rebuilt and I have to say it looks fantastic and I can’t wait to try it out. I just have a quick question, if you all don’t mind.

How is Mournhold affected in TR? I saw on the map that it’s surrounded by Almalexia, so I’m assuming the Mournhold part is vanilla Tribunal map/content?

The reason I’m asking is because I am playing through Morrowind the whole way for the first time, and I was wondering if I should wait until after I complete Tribunal to install TR – I want to experience the city of Mournhold and Tribunal in its vanilla state first in case the mod changes it.

Even if TR does change Mournhold I am absolutely fine with that, I was just wondering if I should go ahead and install it now and be able to experience Tribunal as it was developed, or if I should wait until after I do the Tribunal quest line. Still doing the MQ, so it might be a while :P

Thanks, guys, and much love. Your project here is unbelievably awesome.

Currently, TR doesn’t edit any part of Tribunal (other than providing an alternate NPC on the mainland to start the Tribunal questline in addition to Apelles Matius in Ebonheart), so don’t hesitate to install TR before playing Tribunal.

Eventually (in the very long term) the plan is to incorporate Tribunal’s content into our vision of Almalexia, at which point we will simply be removing access to Bethesda’s Mournhold without actually editing the content. When we cross this bridge, it’s very likely we’ll provide a plug-in to allow players to access the original expansion if they so wish. You can read a complete summary of TR’s intentions with regards to editing the original game’s content here: http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/content/trs-policy-editing-vanilla-content
