This is going to be a long one, since I'll be conduction both backend changes and adding additional roles, namely:
- Editor - will be able to handle the handbook, basic pages, and articles,
- Senior Developers (title pending) - will be able to merge claims, assets, and bugs as lead devs would.
This will require extensive changing of user rights, so things might be a bit wonky afterwards. Please report any and all abnormal behavior in this topic.

Okay, the website is back.
There should be very little frontend changes, it's confirmed that senior developers work. Let's hope this works out.

Did some more frontend changes that were discussed back then, but not implemented. Namely, positioned the sidebar to the left so it would be more visible.
