Hi Ataemus, welcome to TR! Thanks for submitting a showcase, this is a nicely-done little interior. You've got some excellent attention to rotation, which is great to see and the cluttering is very nice and natural; definitely an excellent start. There are a few issues that need to be worked through listed below, but sort these out and I'll have no issue recommending you for promotion. Bleeders:
barrel_01_drinks (into floor)
crate_01_eggs10 (into wall)
furn_de_rope_03 (avoid bleeding into wooden beams)

Floaters:
common_shirt_03 (the selection box is misleading on these, will need to be rotated flush with the chest; it’s ok to bleed them a little to hide the underside.)
furn_de_p_shelf_02 (top floor and bottom of the stairs, needs to be bled into the wall a little.)

iron dagger (misleading selection box, needs to manually be rotated flush)
misc_com_wood_spoon_01 (both of them, misleading selection box again)
misc_flask_01 (these cone-based meshes need to be bled into the surface they’re sitting on a bit, generally up to the bottom edge is good)
Misc_Quill (two at the top of the stairs)
sc_paper plain (all three; these should be ‘F’d into place twice, then raised very slightly to prevent flickering)

Other:
Currently, your interior doesn’t fit any existing Hlaalu exterior shell. The quickest fix to this would be to add a doorway at the top of the stairs so that if fits the ex_hlaalu_b_07 shell.

The hallway leading to the storeroom on the lower floor doesn’t match up correctly with the rest of the interior (have a look at the ceilings), you have to be careful about mixing the in_hlaalu_room_* and in_hlaalu_hall_* sets. It may be easiest to replace all the in_hlaalu_room_* refs on the lower floor with corresponding in_hlaalu_hall_* pieces.

Replace the de_p_chest_02_pos3 with something else; this is a levelled chest so should only be used in dungeons.

Currently, there’s a lot of overlit areas; if you place large-radius lights close to other objects, you’ll get a greenish tint on nearby meshes which should be avoided. The big offenders in this interior are light_de_lantern_03, light_de_candle_03 and light_de_candle_ivory_01. Replace light_de_lantern_03 with light_de_lantern_03_128 (for 128-radii lights) and replace the two candles with their respective 64-radius versions.

‘common_amulet_02’ is floating; this (like most of the amulets) has a pretty awful mesh, but it would be best to ‘F’ it twice into the table so the floating is a bit less obvious; it’s alright to bleed these so long as it still looks ok.

Replace the Temple tapesty (furn_de_tapestry_02) with something else, this should only be used in Temple faction interiors.

Replace ‘in_hlaalu_door_uni’ with ‘in_hlaalu_door’, generally anything with a _uni tag is intended to be used in specific locations and shouldn’t be touched (there are exceptions, like pillows, but the usage count is a good indicator of whether an item is generic or unique).

Great stuff! All the issues noted above have been sorted, so you're recommended for promotion. It would probably be better to use the one-sided in_hlaalu_loaddoor_01 for the door to the exterior, but not a major issue either way. Once a lead has promoted you to interior developer, you'll be able to claim interiors in the Claims Browser (you can filter this list by unclaimed interiors). Currently, most of the critical-priority interiors are reworks of existing interiors, so you may be better off looking at the medium-priority claims for now, but it's up to you. Looking forward to seeing your work!
