Here's my interior showcase, a claim for Hlan Oek #10. Let me know what I can improve on.

Clean: Yes
Lighting: Mostly good, blue lights on the top floor should be replaced with standard lights (blue light is used for alchemists/mages)
Northmarker: Incorrect
Fits exterior: Yes
Pathgrid: Okay, should move the table on the top floor slightly forward so the grid can go all the way around it
Illegal to Sleep Here: Yes, correct
Gridsnap: Mostly good, the stairs however have moved off grid

Bleeders:

Floaters:
furn_crate_lid_01: resting on a corner it would fall over, have it resting fully on its side.
Com_Sack_02_Ingred: insufficiently bled x3

Other: 
barrel_01_cheapfood_co: these are attached to the Ravenrock script and should never be used in a TR or PT claim
For the pile of barrels on the lower floor, with the above in mind you could replace all of them with a "T_MwCom_Var_Bls"
the three shelves together would look better as a single furn_de_p_bookshelf_01

For a showcase very few technical issues in need of fixing, but as a claim very little that speaks to the residents profession IE no nautical clutter, also lacking in TD clutter in general, as such needs additional cluttering.

I uploaded the new file, hopefully with all the changes you asked. As for the gridsnap on the stairs, I didn't see the problem but I did move it away then gridsnapped it again. I hope that did the trick.

Lighting: Mostly good, lantern next to the door is causing the green light bug, swap to a smaller radius to make it less apparent
Northmarker: Incorrect, it is pointing south not north
Fits exterior: Yes
Pathgrid: Mostly good, top floor the nodes nearest the stairwell could be more streamlined (discord image)
Illegal to Sleep Here: Yes, correct
Gridsnap: Good

Bleeders:

Floaters:

T_Com_UNI_Sharplens must be removed it is a quest item, good rule of thumb never use anything with the "uni" mark, (aside from pillows)

Fix these final issues and will reccomend for promotion

Just uploaded the new file. Hopefully with all the final changes. I also reduced the radius of the redware candle on the top floor bookshelf because that caused the green light bug when I reduced the size of the other lantern.
