Sorry for the prolonged absence, guys, but I'm now hopefully back-in-action for 2018; I'm going to tackle the OE interiors in review right away and then work on getting a functioning Undercroft uploaded.
Good to see you back.
That's great news! Welcome back sirrah
Currently suffering from localized ISP outage. Since this has been going on since this morning and tomorrow is a holiday, I don't expect to be around again until Thursday.
I'll be going more and more inactive until Summer 2019.
I regret to inform you that I'll be taking a break from Morrowind community as in general, for an unknown amount of time. It was a difficult decision for me to take, but I believe this is for the best. This is not due to a burnout from TR, but from Morrowind in general. I've been following this game for over 3 years now, and as I delved deep in the community, TR, PT, MMC, OpenMW; Morrowind started to became a part of my life, and lately, a little too much. It's solely my fault, I might been too eager to learn everything there is to learn, and assist every work that needed helping, in every possible part of the community. This led to an enormous psychological responsibility on my shoulders, I thought if there was problem, maybe I could've solved it myself. But I kind of learned the truth the hard way. I'm also sorry if I was too aggressive in the past couple of weeks. I wanted everything to be perfect, I sometimes forgot we were just a volunteer project, not a game studio. Of course, this community has been a great experience for me and met many kind folk. I tried to make everything look pretty and hip for the last 2 years, and I believe I made a decent enough job. We did some great stuff; breathed a new life into handbook, prettied the Nexus page, spread the TR news around the internet and many more, and I'll never forget it.
I'll be dropping all of my claims obviously, I'm sure you all would make it even better. Of course, if you need any graphical help in the future, let me know through DMs in Discord. I'll be sure to check it from time to time. May your CS never crash, take care!
All the best to you, Meriyal, take care of yourself and know that you'll always have a home in our little community should you want to, whether you're contributing or just hanging out!
Thanks for all you've done, and I hope things work out well for you.
Hey, I'm sorry to see you go, but I do understand where you are coming from.
I wish you all the best, hope you work through this in time. It would be a shame if this was the last time we saw each other. Thank you, for everything you've done.
First of all, I hope everyone is okay and healthy, and no one's families or loved ones were badly affected by the pandemic.
Despite the continuation of my indifference in the game, I've decided to make a gradual return to the project. I missed being here, I missed working with the TR community.
Unfortunately, I can't promise the same level of activeness as before. Life goes on, and my days are getting busier. Many things happened in my life while I was gone. Recently I finished my first year on graphic design, and that's all I work on at the moment. So that's why it's the only department I can offer my services. I know I left some projects unfinished, and I aim to complete them.
For your information, recently I picked up the hand-drawn map I was working on for the books. Unfortunately I lost some of the progress I made, but not that much to worry about. Hopefully I will finish the necessary areas before the next deadline.
Anyway, I will also hop on to the Discord server very soon. See you there, and take care.
Hi Meriyal! This is excellent news. Just pick up whatever you want and don't stress yourself. Our lives beyond this time consuming hobby are thr most important and if there is time left to spent into this world that would be awesome.
Hope to see you around soon!
