I've recently installed TR and got it running fine. I decided to start the tribunal dlc and begin exploring the mainland from Mournhold, but the main gate in the Dorom Plaza is still sealed like it is in vanilla. I looked around on here and the nexus and only found an old mod on the nexus that fixes that but it said it was outdated because TR_Travels contained in TR1512 fixes this. I've downloaded and installed the newest version of TR from the nexus. Did I mess something up? Is there a workaround? Or is it just not currently possible to move freely between Mournhold and Almalexia?

Since the city of Almalexia is currently unfinshed, and sadly won't be until everything else is, you need to have TR_Preview and its version of TR_Travels enabled, they are in the Extras folder. Just know, TR_Preview is unfinished content and could break savegame compatibility.

Thanks for the help. I already have TR_Preview and TR_Travels enabled in my data files. I see in my Extras folder that I have TR_OldTravels and TR_Travels_(Preview_and_Mainland). This is my first time modding anything similar to this into Morrowind so I just followed the installation guide on this site. If you could tell me more about how these files work or link me a source that explains more in detail, that'd be much appreciated.

Basically, if you're just using TR_Mainland, use TR_Travels.esp. If you're running TR_Preview.esp too, then you use TR_Travels_Preview_and_Mainland instead. TR_OldTravels is another alternate version that includes older travel routes, but you don't need to worry about it.
