Hey, new user here. I threw together an interior showcase, and by "threw together" I mean spent three days triple-checking everything.
It's a pretty basic Hlaalu house. Should be pretty okay, as far as I can tell.
You'll find the new building smack dab in the middle of the Balmora square, or just coc "Balmora, Vacant House".

First of all, you do not need, and probably should not have an exterior entrance, so you can just clean any reference to Balmora in TESAME. This is moreso because all interior claims are made without working doors and for existing exteriors anyway, so best to get used to it now. imo. (you can leave it in if you want though)

Good job making it dependent on Tamriel Data! Every interior or exterior you make for TR or PT* has to depend on these four esms, so good thing to start doing.

You should probably rename your cell to something like "TR_talesofgames_showcase" a) because you should start all interior cells with the project appropriate prefix so it can be easily located (TR_ for Morrowind, PC_ for Cyrodiil and Sky_ for Skyrim) and b) because I'm suggesting that you sever the Balmora connection anyway. (if you leave that maybe just add in the TR_)

Big thing: You should not rotate the entire interior, rotating the northmarker rotates it on the map for you (wherever you point it rotates the int so that that is north). This is important because once you have done this, it is off of the 'grid' for gridsnapping.

Illegal to Sleep: Set

Top Floor
Floaters:
Baskets: the selection boxes of these bleed into the ground a bit, just raise them up and 'f' them until they're on the ground
potion_comberry_wine_01 - just needed an f, already properly positioned
potion_comberry_brandy_01 - as above
Misc_Com_Pitcher_Metal_01 - improperly positioned
misc_skooma_vial - This is only resting on one point, try to have two edges of the "circles" touching the ground

Bleeders:
de_p_table_01_pos1 - bleeding into wall trim. Make sure to also select the stuff on it when moving it out of the way
apparatus_a_spipe_01 - I can't tell for sure, but this may be bleeding into the bed

Bottom Floor
Floaters:
food_kwama_egg_01 - these two are bleeding into each other, and they are resting on one vertex. You should get one of their planes coplanar with one of the basket's (or as close as you can).
food_kwama_egg_02 - as above
misc_com_bottle_11 - this needs one of its planes coplanar with the ground, currently it is just an edge

Bleeders:
furn_planter_01
Misc_Quill - this is bleeding through the ink well. You should try and get it just resting on it.
furn_de_p_chair_02 - sunk into ground a bit
ingred_hound_meat_01 - this is showing through the plate, you should avoid having objects go through each other.

Other:
There are places where you have a few of the same bottle, but all with the same z-rotation. You should rotate these around so that they are visually distinct

Overall, this is a very good first try at a showcase! The only real error was the rotation of the whole interior, and everything else was just nitpicks, so don't be too intimidated by it.

*PT is Project Tamriel. Where we are making the rest of Morrowind, they are making Skyrim and Cyrodiil (in TES:III). Once you have completed your showcase you are automatically promoted to PT Modder with them.

Alright, here's V2. Everything should be fixed, I think. The platter against the wall and one of the eggs are gone, for reassons I fully admit boil down to "I couldn't be bothered to deal with them again." Also not sure why you thought the planter and bottom-floor chairs were bleeding, but I raised them slightly anyway.
Edit: Forgot to mention the cell is now called "TR_talesofgames_showcase" like you recommended and is no longer physically present in Balmora.

This is a wondefull, high quality interior showcase you have done here. 
I have now looked through it and couldnt find anything actually wrong. Rotation is near perfect and everything else too.
