While a good-looking model, the Aurorans could use refining here and there. Better textures for one, and removing parts that appear a tad cobbled together, such as using Helseth's Royal Guard helmet for the second Auroran's face. Yes, Oblivion used a similar design for the Auroran, but it's a little...

Feel free to clutter the rooms differently than the furniture I placed in them. Looking at my shell again, it might be a good idea to include priest dormitories in the lower floors and leave the office space to the top floor.

Perhaps because it's in the form a drawing, which makes it difficult to compare the region's current look, but Gnomey's changes look too extreme to me for what is supposed to be modest tweaks to the region. The heavy use of brown colors also looks a off-putting to me visually. There's not enough gre...

In general, we should keep region names to two words at most, to fit with the original game's concise and artful English ones - Bitter Coast, Azura's Coast, ect. I prefer Middle Thirr for that reason. Thirr River Valley sounded too bland and technical to fit alongside the other region names.

Ebonheart-on-Thirr was also suggested during the meeting, paired with the idea that NPCs could commonly refer to the newer Ebonheart as Ebonheart-on-Vvardenfell in dialogue. I love practically every line of your post, Gnomey. I don't really have much to add at the moment, only that we might need to be creative about how we present the region's history in dialogue.
