Graphical Replacers, sound Replacers, and fixes galore
Seneca wanted me to post these here. What follows are Texture and mesh replacers I've handpicked that I feel preserve the vanilla feel quite well or give you some unique takes on existing things in the game. (such as the Dagoth replacers) Basically, I handpick replacers because I don't like how MGSO...

Re: Map
What's with the "Velothi" faction affiliation on the transport map? I'm not sure about Bahrammu or Darnim, but Ranyon-Ruhn and Vos are both firmly under the control of House Telvanni. It's merely their architectural style that is Velothi. Ranyon-Ruhn is still technically a velothi settlem...

Hi, logged in to report a possible bug. When I first teleported to Firewatch's Mages Guild from the Vivec hub guide, Gandaman was nowhere to be found. Entering and exiting the guild did not make him reappear. The problem could be solved by reloading a save prior to teleporting to the Firewatch guil...

Great idea. I'd love to pitch in to help exhibit Tamriel Rebuilt's history. Suggested Additions (if we figure out how to exhibit exteriors): The Dragon Nest Inn - A tree house inn built in the Imperial style. Replaced by the Inn Between (for now) because we decided tree houses were lame. Last time ...

The Tamriel Rebuilt Museum
What is this? Well it's a plan for an official add-on to TR that puts all of the team's cut content into a hidden Easter Egg museum of sorts. So things like models, etc will be put in there. Basically we'll have plaques depicting "this is why such and such was scrapped" and other fun facts...

Battlespire Vermai sounds are actually in Morrowind's data
So I was playing Battlespire and ran into a Vermai. The sounds it makes are actually still in Morrowind's sound files. you can find them in "Morriwnd/data files/sound/cr/_OLD. The sounds are the TempB files. They're pretty generic but I think since we use the same design and we want things to b...

Greater Lich fix WIP
So you guys know the Greater Lich right? the Super rare Lich only found in Harru Cavern? Well I fixed up a couple of clipping issues on the model's head and rotated the head forward slightly to give the eyes a more imposing look. (with the head in its current position, moving the eyes out in their c...

Gnomey, It appears you've touched up on what you think I, and a few others, believe about the current system here at TR. It seems you think we are opposed to much of what is going on nowadays, or that we don't understand how things work here nowadays. The truth, I'm sure, is that the majority of us...

Okay I have a couple of suggestions: For the Daedric Lords helmet, keep the red eyes when you go to edit the textures. They give the helmet a rather distinguished look. And for the Necrom Indoril cuirass with the cape, I think the texture for the cape should be changed so it matches the actual armor...

I help whenever I can. Be it contributing images or helping with quest pages. We definitely need more help with contributions though. There's a lot of Sacred East content that still needs to be added. Also for images, if you're contributing them, don't use Gamma correction. It tends to distort color...

A harbor in Vivec would be a little redundant with Ebonheart nearby, ignoring the fact that it's an imperial settlement. Also, Vivec was originally going to be more interesting. The design is indeed the main issue here. The only Werecroc mod for morrowind has a Daedroth's head pasted on a werewolf's body and retextured with a special skin that behaves like an outfit. I have a picture of that on my photobucket actually but I'll only post the image if people are curious. Howe...

NPC stuff
so I played the section file for OE. I noticed that NPC's seem to not be quite finished. I'm not talking dialog, I'm talking general properties, like Flee, Alarm, etc. Some NPC's should probably run when you strike a guard first rather than assist the guard, particularly if they're unarmed. I'm pret...

I find it kinda funny that they brought Mithril armor back in Oblivion despite what they said in the quote above. sorry, a little off topic.
Yeah, for the fear themed idea I had, the horned spider looks like a likely candidate. Though I guess we could pick our favorites and have a poll or something.

I know this may sound nitpicky, but if the gauntlet on Vivec's arm is supposed to be Wraithguard, shouldn't it be on his right hand? And yes, I know the Jury Rig version is left handed (the version you get for killing him and taking it to Yagrum Bagarn) but the primary version is right handed (unles...

Yes and no. Rats were kind of a staple in the TES series before then. Hell, they appear in just about every game. Skeletons are well.... just skeletons. Bloodmoon has wolves and bears which are also a little generic, but it didn't stop Bethesda from adding them. I think a giant spider could work, bu...

The Technical problems with the Swamp Spider involve that the model crashes the game. Well technically, this is only suggested for helnim. I had no intention of suggesting it for other imperial settlements. Quest idea: The backed up Basement
Okay, so a lot of you probably remember the imperial with the house that has a backed up sewer or something in his basement that's in Helnim. He doesn't seem to have any quest which makes the nasty poo water basement kind of pointless. What if we did something to make it worth visiting. As you know,...

Okay, this first problem I know is associated with MGE XE. It involves dynamic shadows. For some reason, they're rendering weird. The shadows of static objects will appear through other statics which just doesn't look right. http://i.imgur.com/ErXnByk.png As you can see, the shadow of the Hoom and D...
