As the guy responsible for most of the exterior architecture for Port Telvannis, I'd like to chime in here, if I may. When Port Telvannis as you see it now was built, most Telvanni towns actually looked a lot like Sadrith Mora in vanilla Morrowind. That is to say, towns consisted of isolated mushroo...
I meant nearly a decade since I left the project, not since the project began, lol. Haplo, dude, I can not believe you are still working TR! I would never have expected that when I first met you, you would outlast us all, lol. Major kudos for everything you've done! Afraid there's not much chance of...
Nay, this project has taken on a life of its own. Honestly, I don't think even Ender could take too much credit for what has become of TR at this point. This is why I believe Morrowind has one of PC gaming's finest fan bases. You guys are doing incredible work, and keeping alive what I still think i...

Well, if you have already made the Blacklight change I understand that you really can't just change it back like that. Myself, I never really was a fan of Rodan's version of Blacklight, and I think I remember it was redone anyway. That said, if I recall correctly, Blacklight was meant to be an Imper...

Rats of any size are capable of carrying blight, El Scumbago, it doesn't have to be one of the big ones in the game that fight you. A normal sized blighted rat could sneak aboard the ship headed for the mainland pretty easily, be it up the plank, or up the anchor chain, or up any ropes tying the shi...

I'd have to agree with Nomadic1 here. As much as I hate the level scaling, maintaining continuity with the original game is important. Bethesda acknowledged the fact that it made a big mistake with the scaling long before they made the expansion, but they made the expansion with level scaling anyway...

I don't think corprus was the only thing that is causing the quarantine, blight diseases are also a big worry. These diseases can be found on animals, even small rats, and active transport between Vvardenfell and the mainland allows the possiblity of blighted rats stowing away on the ship, regardles...

Howdy Zal :) Yeah, it has been a long time, lol. Yeah, a lot of people came up with their own mod solutions to that hideous scaling system Bethesda cooked up. I went ahead and wrote my own mod that placed creatures by rarity and location (powerful monsters were more rare and some locations were more...

A quick question
I just had a quick question, which I am sure has been asked countless times before but I didn't see it in the FAQs anywhere. Given Oblivion's atrocious levelled creature system, will TR's Hammerfell also include similar levelled lists for the sake of continuity? Or is a different system being planne...

As I've said before, it isn't extremely likely that I'll be getting back into TR and, if I do, I certainly won't be going all noir on this thing. I gotta lady friend that needs a lotta luvin' and a job that needs a lotta workin'. But, I figure I'll just post a few of the things I did back in the day...
And my welcome back thread becomes....pedophilia...? Didn't we have a big issue about children in TR the last time I was in here? :D Just kidding. Besides, I think of Lady Nerevar as more of a squirrel in tight latex than a 15-year-old girl... And kick that N0o|3 outta here, that Noir-whatsit guy......
Alright, I'll head to the Showcase forum later today and put some things up there. I have a couple of simple Oblivion mods too that I could post, if anyone would like to see those. Yeah, I know about Alexander's avater, hehe. I can't prove it yet but I think he might have gotten that avatar off of m...

The fact that the Dark Brotherhood had sanctuaries in the southern coast of the Iliac Bay in Daggerfall means that they are supposed to exist in Hammerfell, to some degree or another. I would be in favor of additional assassin guilds unique to Hammerfell coming into play, but not of dismissing the D...
Howdy
I've been tossing around the idea of doing some work for TR lately, now that I've gradumacated and gotten me an edumacation. I look around and see almost entirely new faces, and with a few exceptions I think that means I'm now a stranger around these parts. This whole project has changed quite a lot...

Everyone needs to do this? Well, I guess that includes me, though I do little beyond lurk lately. A bolt on should never be required to retain the consistent feel of the game. They should be treated as regular mods which will impact BOTH the Vvardenfell area and the mainland and are therefore different from other mods (since they would require TR esm to work). For all intents and purposes, Tamri...

I guillotine would be a great way to die actually. Far from torture. :) I don't think that it is used in TES lore, however, I might be wrong on that. It has been a while since I walked through Daggerfall but if there is a guillotine to be found anywhere, it would be there. As for public torture, I s...

You have been a terrific boon to the project, Majra. I think that the project will survive without you, but it won't be quite the same. Just as a suggestion, with the gold trim, make it so that it is black trim with gold detailing inside. That separates the gold from the off-white and provides better contrast. I also think that the either 1) the chest cloth should be much darker or, failing that, 2) the chest cloth has a thick black...

I know I haven't actually made any concept art for the project, but I have had substantial instruction in visual arts. What Dexter and I are saying is very important; contrast is everything. I like the idea of the cloth being dark and the armor plates bone-like, but either way there needs to be dece...
