Haplo's been a big figure in TR for a while now. Is he no longer working on the project at all? Unfortunately not. I've been relegated to the dreaded Paperwork of Tamriel for some time, but now I don't even have time for that. Real Life(TM) has taken over, and I can't spend what little non-work tim...

I haven't looked at Vul in-game, but there's no second floor for #15 in the local map, and there's also no hatch on the roof in the local map either, for the ladder you have. That's just my guess.

At TR we have a strict policy of not deleting content, and that in a way extends to users as well. If there are duplicate accounts, we will close those down, and have done regular account pruning of unactivated users (those who never activated their accounts) in the past, but there's been no evidenc...

It's not a major bit of lore, really, but it's worth checking up on: The second line is rather odd, though; the lighthouse at Seyda Neen is not a Grand Pharos by any stretch of the imagination; if that's a great lighthouse, what's a normal lighthouse, a shack with a lantern? It's also hard to argue...

Re: [Quest Idea] - Misc. - The Intangible Tangled Rope

However, if the player has a high enough Enchant skill, s/he will be able to remove the rope's enchantment, effectively removing the poor Dunmer's only source of income. At which point the quest should conclude and the Dunmer should attack the player at some unspecified point in the future while on...

Why not just have the player go out and buy a helmet? Makes the quest longer and forces the player out into the world as well as less work for us.

What's the source for that claim? I definitely don't recall it as a major plot point, so chances are we can throw it out, because it doesn't make any sense. (A backwater installation with a rickety lighthouse being the source of light for the entire Inner Sea? Red Mountain would probably be brighter)

I also believe focusing on extreme accuracy (.1-.5 rotation or bleeding) is excessive. Interiors could be completed in 1/3 the time if standards are eased. Devs also wont burn out as fast and would be more likely to add more detail and take more creative risks, which will result in better interiors...

Only a couple errors (not at all an exhaustive review):

Magick/magicks --> magic. We had a discussion several years ago and the consensus was to spell it "magic" unless referring to literal in-game magicka; even magicka isn't capitalized.
