Really the only way to speed the game up in large forested areas would be to lower the poly count of the trees ingame. Most poly counts for Morrwind are high...relative to Half-Life :P. If you modeled a new tree with half the poly count, it would run much faster in those areas, but you would notice ...

Geo: I think all of that should be combined into one mod, instead of having to load two mods for it. I heard the mountable Guar mod wasn't very high quality, so maybe it could be remade with your ideas into it. :)

Yeah, I understand the Cast on Strike enchantment, but I was thinking more of a Cast on Swing type of enchantment. Taking that, if you're 20 feet away from an opponent, you cant use the Cast on Strike feature, unless you had a ranged weapon. I'm thinking when you swing your staff, you can cast a ran...

On the first story, someone mentioned something about the Wakazashi not being good for stabbing.
