That looks completely awesome - as long as there's paths for the player to take into the mountains, and content for them to discover up there (rather than just having an impassable barrier of steep terrain), this would be great.

Gnomey's image 5 really reminds me just how much explorable real estate is tied up in this area. It's practically as large again as the entire western bank of the Thirr. Maybe a more interesting mountain range/other interesting geographic feature could be added, rather than just extending the border...

A quick additional note regarding your file, Yeti - in those rumors and advice etc. topics (possibly others too) the top response has been left without a Random filter. So players will only ever receive the first response in the list.

Also in general, to avoid the cliché, we can have most of our guides have a more prominent element of personality in them, so that they become less objective and more opinionated. Say for example that most of the guides on the Indoril were all written by the same author who makes the same consis...

Referring to the Master Plan, and the need for clear 'regional divisions', I think there's a case to be made for a more evocative name, vanilla-style (e.g. Bitter Coast, West Gash, Red Mountain) rather than another indistinct "Dunmerisyllables Region". "Built into a promontory rising ...

Making these doors see-through would require making all the structures that they are pressed up against also be entirely solid, rather than having regular 'caspering' opposite sides. Probably more trouble than its worth. All 'grates' in vanilla are just straight black solid objects (see: Vivec).

Didn't we decide against statues generally on a point of principle quite a long time ago?

A few centrepiece ones specifically planned for certain locations (esp. of Almalexia) would probably be a good idea, though, sure.

The ruin is great; this whole claim shows a great eye for exterior work, really very well done.

It would be nice if the bridge was flat - it's weird running over it in-game. Perhaps a 'floor tile' could be made with the texture of the bridge, to fill in the gaps?
