Unfortunately, no. I haven't worked on this in ages, as I had more pressing matters at hand. If this is still a high-priority claim, please feel free to revoke this.

Sure, added a fountain on the top level that provides a reliable source of fresh water during prolonged sieges. Blocking the drain would also allow the defenders to flood the lover levels of the fortress.

I didn't know the ex_MH_palacewin_03 windows had interior counterparts. If I recall correctly, MH interiors had ordinary walls where the interior windows should have been.

I haven't read a lot of what you wrote today, but I still believe a decision should be made as soon aS possible. I'm against putting Alma on hiatus. Coming up with a decent plan and THEN putting it on hiatus would be OK, but I think most of us are just trying to ignore the problem instead of solving...

I believe the botanical gardens were intentionally placed in a quiet area. Their primary function isn't growing plants for alchemical purposes or scientific research, and neither were they planned to be the primary food source for the city's population, but rather a peaceful getaway for city folk.

May I suggest going with a 2x2, 3 story guardhouse? While it may not seem so small from the outside, it is much smaller in comparison to the other guard posts in Almalexia.

Feel free to add some more objects next time you make a claim this size. Light settings could've been lowered a bit more; take a look at any interior in MH to see what I mean. Perhaps the Dres weren't as advanced technologically back then. They didn't have the means, or they hadn't adapted yet to the harsh conditions of the Deshaan Plains, and perhaps that was the reason why every pair of hands was of the utmost significance on the farms. Hey RyanS! Welcome to TR! I had a look at your file, and I like what I've seen. This interior is beginning to shape up nicely. You fixed the windows; that is good. However, after thinking about the fireplace somewhat, I figured it is a bit out of place, and it is also disproportionately large, considering the size of the tiny interior. If you are going to include a fireplace, p...

1. Have you checked the files in the loader before starting the game?
2. Have you added TR_data.bsa to your Morrowind.ini?
3. Have you tried going where the landmass is supposed to be? Sometimes it doesn't show up immediately on the map.

In my opinion, those aren't 4x4. 2x2, perhaps 3x3, but not 4x4. A good way to check the size of the interior is by looking at how many windows and doors you could fit on any side of the exterior. You could always expand them under ground, if you feel there isn't enough space to work with. Of course,...
