Fallout 3 is way more than oblivion with guns. Sure it's a simple way to describe it, but it's made leaps and bounds over oblivion. |

Well, it's not impossible to do in a game, but to do it in this game engine convincingly would take alot.
Dunes "shifting" could be done by having the dunes as statics, that are enabled and disable ... |

Yeah, almost exactly like the Oblivion CS, but tailored to fallout. A bit more powerful too, new scripting functions etc. Very very capable, with enough effort it could essentially handle almost any ... |
