Because an exterior is availible, it doesn't mean you can put a telvanni tower there.

Our best choice would be to rename an already existing tower if we really need to use any of these names.

For the splashscreens to look really good, you'll need to make them a seemless part of the whole picture, just like the originals. It may be hard, but it will be really nice.

I realised a long time ago that I think small, non-spectacular skillfully made detailed areas beat large, grand, "special" areas any time when it comes to aestetics.
