As far as I know, the basic cosmology of everything is that Nirn is just one plane(t), while there are 8 other such planets, corresponding to the eight divines of the Cyrodiilic pantheon. The ninth divine, Tiber Septim, represents Nirn. Oblivion is the space between the plane(t)s and is filled with ...

That is some very impressive concept art! Welcome to TR! Here is the link to the best place for most of your Tamrielic Lore needs: The Imperial Library: http://til.gamingsource.co.uk The Official ES forums also have a lore section that is a good source of up-to-date lore. Also, feel free to ask anyo...

Claim 4-3 Progress
This is where I will post progress updates of the claim I have been granted in Map 4. This is actually the 18-cell bottom half of the 4-3 claim, surrounding a village named Bodrum. This village will be Redoran and beyond this I only have a few ideas so far. I also have the roots of the great Pryai r...

House Sotha? No. At least, there was never a Great House Sotha. Why would House Indoril have anything to do with this? Regardless of whether or not Indoril Nerevar was the founder of House Indoril, the Ordinators do not bow to this House, nor any House, though many of them hail from House Indoril. I...

I have always been under the belief that spirits of mortals go to Oblivion as well. The undead, for instance, are creatures that are spirits of mortals brought back forcibly from Oblivion. Vampires appear to be an exception to this, but then, they seem to be an exception to everything and are, argua...

From what I am seeing in the map, the town is nestled in the center of cells (-13,-18) to (-12,-19). This is well within the borders of the claim area I requested. Now, if you HAD sliced 4-3 into four 9-cell claims, then this would have been an issue between the owners of the bottom two claims. But ...

That is a horrifically vague answer to a very important question. I hate that. It's not as if we modders don't represent a large percentage of their fan base or anything... As for me, my keyboard has long since been thoroughly doused with drool from the time I first heard of TES:4. I'm surprised the...

We are only going by the most current lore, and ignore lore that is older and contradicting. So the various gladiator teams will not be featured in TR. However, we DO have some arenas. Narsis has a beautiful arena with a mesh dome, for example. And there is already an arena in the original game in V...

36...cells? *gulp* Can't I just have the 18 I claimed? I picked that because I thought it a realistic work load for me. But are you saying that you can't have the town without the full 36 cells? You already said that you were going to break this one up into 9 cell claims anyway. But, if that truly i...

Were there already other plans for this claim? If you think I should make the claim smaller I can do that, but I would like to have that village. I could shrink this down to a 4x3 rectangle, either from (-15,-17) to (-12,-19) or from (-15,-18) to (-12,-20), depending on whether or not you are alread...

Usually you can get the snap so small that you can't tell the difference without looking very closely. But this is a problem I have all the time as well. Claiming 4-3
Can it be true? I am actually making another claim? I didn't see this one claimed anywhere else, so forgive me if this has already been ...

It really is a very good idea and a simple fix, too. Though I would not want the mod that changes all the merchants to be a part of TR (indeed, it could not be due to policy), I would certainly want something like this for my own gaming. All those vendors dressed in the garb of my fallen Dark Brothe...

The King of Worms was the head of the unjoinable Necromancer's Guild in the Iliac Bay area in TES: 2 Daggerfall. Oh, in Daggerfall things were screwed up even more. You could carry 20 daedric warhammers along with you and be just dandy. Morrowind weight never says pounds or kilograms or anything, so it is certainly safe to say that the unit of weight is something lighter. When trying to make a conversion facto...

Nothing would beat the coolness of actually being able to play a game of chess in Morrowind, so it might be worth a shot to try to find that mod to supposedly does this (I have my doubts). I have my doubts about that theory, personally. Mannimarco was a human necromancer before he was made a god through the power of the Totem. So if such a heirarchy existed he certainly didn't follow it. I don't think that this skeleton or the dunmer guarding the Bow of Shadows (the Worm King or some ...

Bear in mind that power doesn't equal fame when it comes to artifacts. The Mace of Aevar Stonesinger is the highest physical damage potential in the game, yet you never hear of it outside of Solstheim. Kagrenac's tools were only really well-known within Morrowind (though some Imperial scholars knew ...

There are, in fact, 3 different FAQ's, not just one. It is easy to see why so many new members don't find the answers to their questions; they are looking in the wrong places. I can hardly blame them for that, and neither should you. To a new member, these forums are quite overwhelming. Especially i...
