well you really have alot of freedom with your consepts on this.

try getting some ideas from the Orcish armour from OB, most of the population of Orsinium lives in huts only recently has more permenent arcticture been introduced.
Orsinium permenent arcitecture will be influenced by highrock and hammerfell but will be very unique.
