This claim is going back up for claiming because it has 3 empty cells.

You have to be promoted to a 'TR Modder' before you can claim any claims. Post some of your work in the Showcase forum to be promoted.

and P.S. I also remember that you claimed something like 20 interiors and never finished them... I hope that's well in the past and you will not disapear if this claim is granted to you sometime in the future.

You must be mistaken Noir, he's supposed to be in the modders usergroup.

Then I need an admin to change his tag. Then I will grant the claim.

progress

Post by Peter_UK »

OK OK no matter ill search around the forums for the compilated map2.

Started the modding already. Progress so far is this:

Setup the basic land base.
Made the land match topographically to the map.
Total progress has been fast paced so far.
Added base WG texture to land + added base sand texture to seabed.
Added river which has been painfully placed to match topography on the map.
14% done id say...

By the way, if you haven't already found it, here's where you should go for map 2:

Edit: Oh, but I should note that I don't know how updated it is, there might be a new version that I missed...

Hey thanks alot for that link matey :)

Progress is very rapid aty the moment id say already 20% is done.

Added:
Several shacks with objects around them. They look very interesting.

Several trees with plants and rocks n flowers etc.

Fine tuned alot of the shoreside terrain.

Added some shaded areas

Added shading to the river plus rocks around the banks and bed.

All in all really fast progress. Feels so much easier now i have the experience of the past behind me.

Is this being worked on? I'm pretty sure this area was part of my Map 2 Section 6.Unless you want this to be worked on seperately.

Remove some of the right angles and strait lines from the road, this isn't Atari graphics. :)

Also, the shacks on land seem too strait.

Looking good. I wasn't certain as to the height of terrain you will use to the south of your claim, where it borders to mine. I will download your claim and match mine to yours and post here a border screenie for you to approve.

Looking good, Peter :)
That village was much-needed for this region, is there any chance you could expand it by one or two shacks?
Also, could you give me a close-up screenshot of the village and a WIP file for this claim, so that the interiors can be made?

Nice :]

By the way, would it be possible to add two interior entrances? One tomb entrance and one for a cave. Put them anywhere you wish.

Please have a look at 2-19 claim, which borders with yours on the south. The road coming to north in there will probably turn east in detailing claim 5 and end up in your village. So count with that. Thank you.

It looks like it hasn't been updated since the first of the year... You might also check the detailing claim it's in and see if there's a WIP anywhere in there that you could snag.

It's in my claim #6, you can find it sticked in the "Finished" exterior board :)

The cells are shaped, but not too well. I left that part alone for the most part because I knew you were working on this. However, please place the two fillers (tomb to the west and cave to the east).

Peter, just for the merging issues. This is area south of your claim. As you can see it does not fit the map quite well( I am sorry but it was already like that before). I would only ask you to realize the forested valley is one cell western then as hinted in the map and that there is road meant to lead to your village. Mind also the cliff and do not put any road in there (but it looks like you don't plan anything like that).
The daedric fort may be replaced by your lighthouse, I believe, there are few in the area already, and the cave entrance placed anywhere else, however I like Boethian falls. If you want you can leave some place for them (perhaps in the river west of the ropebridge?) and I will merge them, if not, do not mind, I have another place where they could be moved in claim2-19 area.

Underneath the falls lies a ruined shrine called the Boethian Antichamber. You might want to put that into account as well.

Looking good though.

@SOW: Copy that. I know of the entrance. (BTW it is hidden very well. Much better than that of mine claim 5 :} )

I feel like downloading Peter's file and merging it into Swifty's detailing claim to keep the best of both areas. This uncertainness of prospective development of this area disturbs me. But lets wait for Peter for few more days...

Fix the overlapping shack models in your fishing village, there is no way to give them a matching interior.
