Downstairs: Outfitter specializing in EXPENSIVE STUFF! Nothing should be out of sight of the outfitter and/or a well-placed guard. This place should be loot-heavy, but nothing that the player couldn't get in any daedric ruin. Make sure things the player would find useful are mixed with a wide variety of other less useful but still expensive goods.

Uploaded a beginning .esp file with architecture and some stuff added. I think it's kind of dumb that this rich guy who sells super expensive stuff should use de_rm, so I want to use de_r.
