Well it's just an Imprerial mansion right? Well this is what I'm good at making, interiors, should be kind of easy for me. Plus if I'm gonna use your guys stuff (just for personal use) I might as well help.

Use only com_ items, no _de stuff, please. OoT and in-game both qualify. Moderate loot, nothing out of the ordinary, please.

No NPCs, scripts, or external meshes. Please no uber items either.

ehem... don't go on "pure imagination" you have to find out what the exterior looks like. If there is no map picture provided go onto the correct map in the CS and see for yourself. we can't have completely randomly shaped interiors for exteriors they dont fit. check this asap please.

Ok so I did it wrong but it's gonna take me while to get it done now. I have personal stuff to do, still if anybody could use the interior that was uploaded then do so. I should have a good one done within the next two weeks. Sorry about that. This is my first time making something for the site.

Is this the house of the retired imperial general who lives with his dunemr wife and step son???? cause if it is i claimed this a while ago i have had it done for quite a while now i just havent had the time to post here and i was waiting for some more objects from oot armour.If it has been revoked i am very sorry to hear that because i think my one wasnt so bad and if this isnt the generals house then can someone tell me where to find it?

Oh crap here it is, I haven't done anything for this and most likely won't (doing detailing instead) sorry for any inconvienence I caused (thought I didn't have this claimed anymore)I don't know how to unclaim, so, I cant. but I'm not going to do anything on this so just take it away from me or something.

For some reason the "accurate map" shows red box for this claim between some rocks in the southwestern part of Old Ebonhart. I see no building in this place when I open map 3 with CS, is position of this claim marked correctly?

Ok, I fixed this claim up, added the description "Mansion". The claimer can of course be more creative than that and I will gladly change the description to whatever the claimer wants.

I also found and added the local map so that you can now see the exterior of the int, although you'll have to look at it in the CS to get a better view.

I'd like to claim this mansion. My plans for this place:

A house owned by an unmarried Imperial or Breton woman running a profitable workshop that produces these rich tapestries we see in so many mansions/manors/palaces. The workshop will be on ground level, with a little storage room in the basement. (Note: It's not a "shop" as such, they are mostly exporting stuff) It produces both imperial style and dunmer style tapestries, so there will be examples of both kinds (when at npc phase, there'll be place for at least two workers, one being dunmer and other being outlander)
Upper floor, arranged in stylish manner, will be mistress's quarters, with place for a nice bedroom on the 2nd floor.

I won't be using Pallose WIP as it is completely messed up, so building from scratch.

It's a very good idea I think, but I think you'd be better to just stick to one type of tapestry. Since this is an Indoril city, that type would be Dunmer. Nobody in the city has Imperial tapestries, and despite the fact that you said they export, a shop (or whatever you call it) in a dunmer city would be unlikely to produce imperial wall hangings. So, I wouldn't put an "outlander" in there, just a couple of dunmer workers. Since it's a profitable place,you could have the owner, and a few workers.

I'm not entirely sure how you're going to do this though, since you can't put tapestries in crates or anything. I suppose you could have bolts of cloth and sewing utensils etc, but where will they be stored? I would, if I were you, make this building the workshop as well as the home of the owner. If you don't want to do that, then you will need to find another building to put the workshop in, and either claim it yourself of suggest in the thread that it should be the workshop.

No NPCs (just a readme stating what NPCs are needed), creatures or scripts.

Um... I don't quite understand what do you mean by Old Ebonhart being Indoril city. Do I have some old verison of the map 3? I missed some major overhaul? The city seems as Imperial as it can to me: com houses, more com houses and Imperial fortress covering half the place. So outlanders living there would be all right by me... correct me if I'm wrong.

I wanted them to produce both kinds simply because it would be logical: they do business in Dunmer area, so they have to make some things for local market, and at the same time they are in Imperial city that has good connection by sea to other imperial cities - and that would make trading in com wares as profitable as in dunmer ones. At least any real businessman (or businesswoman, in that case) wouldn't miss the chance to profit on both kind of trade.

As for storing, i intend to use both bolts of cloth and actual tapestries, I'm experimenting with placing them in an original way :)

Edit: I have noticed a problem that is far more serious for me than tapestries issue... after examining the exterior I see the interior has to be 2x2 tiles, and to make stairs leading up you have to have 3 tiles in line: lower floor, stairs,upper floor. Any idea how I can get around this?

I've noticed that similar building in Pelagiad had 3x3 interior, so I went that way too. Now I'm done with architecture (bar windows), building resembles the one in exterior but is 3x3 tiles instead of 2x2. If Bethesda solved things that way, so do I.

Notes to Reviewers:

1)New objects:
TR_i3-284_key_topflkey - key to door leading to the attic
TR_i3-284_crate_01_cb - crates full of clothbolts, located in cellar
TR_i3-284_bk_companyrecords - company records ledger
TR_i3-284_bk_note_workers - note with regulations for workers
TR_i3-284_bk_tapest_order - letter from someone ordering tapestries
TR_i3-284_com_closet_02 - a closet in attic with owner's clothes and jewelry

2) In note for workers and tapestry order I used the name "Laetitia Callonia" as owner's name. If for any reason you want to change the name, these documents must be altered as well.

3)There are some Dunmer tapestries and dunmer-style looms in the workshop. I did these on purpose to reflect the fact that Mrs. Callonia is selling stuff to Hlaalu nobles as well as Imperial ones. If you think that's unacceptable styles mixing and really want to remove Dunmer items, the reference in ledger book about selling to Hlaalu must be erased as well.

EDIT: One more note about the attic: I used rm furniture instead of r because it's not a room that you'll show to anyone, but rather a safe place to store some private belongings. As for the potions there, these fortyfying personality and intelligence - I thought they may be useful in business negotiations (a little "secret weapon" of my lady).

Review: I. GENERAL ERRORS
-At first look, some of the tables need more statics. Don't be afaraid to use them!
-Plugin is clean.
-Interior matches exterior.
-Ambient Values are correct.

II. REVIEW
i.Entrance
-Let me begin at the bottom floor: the tapestry being woven bleeds into the wall.
-You could have easily used a bookshelf instead of furn_com_rm_shelf_02s.
-The three tapestries are not hooked onto anything.
-TR_i3-284_bk_note_workers is hooked improperly.
-No books in interiors unless they have been approved by Haplo or Xui'al in the Literature section.
-Okay, now on the top floor: the furn_com_r_table_01 is totally empty. A nice way to detail this is to open up the Misc items tab and pull out some silverware. It would look great.
-on the shelf with the neatly organized silverware: the top shelf needs some detail.
-furn_com_r_bookshelf_01 is half-empty. Please add more books.

ii.Cellar
-ingred_saltrice_01 is not resting properly on the bowl.
-in the de chest,(no de chests in imp houses please), there are three unique pillows. Replace them with normal pillows.
-The sacks in the corner: If you make them sink into each other, they would look more naturally stacked. Not too much though.

iii.Attic
-bottom shelf needs some detail.
-Chest with über gold must be locked. To do this, select the chest and double click it. Then ckeck the Locked box and press "Cancel" NOT save.

Comments III. CONCLUSION

A nicely made interior you got. I like how u used the bedside tapestries. They match the walls! But alot of detailing on the shelvs and minor placement errors (bleeds etc.) need to be fixed. Using the "F" button while an object is selected is usually the solution of this problem.

I'll do fixing on this one as soon as I complete more critical tasks (Map 1 things). A couple of comments on review, though:

1)The tapestry being woven bleeds purposedly, because I didn't want the post to be visible in game. I admit it may look awkward anyway, though.

2)"No books until approved" stuff: both the order form and workers note have been showed to Lit. mods and edited by them.

3)Chest with uber gold - I didn't lock it because the attic itself is locked tight, being owner's "private" room.

EDIT: And what do you mean by note being hooked improperly?

EDIT 2: I've started fixing things and I have MAJOR problem with one thing you wrote:

Just to inform you:
1)This is com chest, not de. Unless you've changed it yourself. I have com in my file, and that's the same file I posted here.
2)misc_uni_pillow01 is NOT unique pillow. It's one of these few things where uni means universal, not unique. Like spearholder or weaponrack. It IS normal, most commonly used pillow you can find on any bed.

Don't remove the books.
Chest is probably best locked.
The tapestestries are a judgement call for matt, depending on if they bleed neatly or messily.
Fix the other uncontested ones.

A simple guideline for these things is whether uni is a prefix or a suffix.

Matts, I've started to fix this before new reviews system was implemented, I hav the file at home so if you want I can post it when I'll be back home (in a few hours), along with list of what errors are already fixed and which are still there.

Ouch, sorry. It was made back in times when I was a fresh youn modder and, if I remember correctly, I've been calculating amount of gold in house based on how hard it is to earn this much in game :) Bad mistake - after all, I'm the Nerevarine, so the gold and goodies just keep coming...
