Claiming.

I'd make it very humble and cozy, mainly having a training hall, a communal and a single bedroom (for the guildmaster), a dining hall and a small storage.

Should it have a own smithy?

Size would be as per description.

Thanks, first version is up now.

It's quite advanced already and I'd really appreciate any feedback, since this Int is an pretty important one.

(The rather empty areas still need to get detailed, ofc)

It's done!

I'm very happy about how it turned out overall.
Was a lot of fun for me designing it.

Notes to NPC person:

-The guild master should be placed behind the desk area, near the entrance.
-It would also be good if it was a female (because the personal room feels quite feminine) and a smaller race (Bosmer? :P), so that the desk won't look tiny.
-There are three blank papers lying around, it would be great if something was written on at least two of them.

My notes again:

- Changed the barrel ID to match the interior guidelines a bit better.
- crate_01_iron_weaponsmu was floating.
- Replaced one of the Furn_De_Bar_04's with the appropriate piece to match the textures.
- furn_de_ex_stool_02 was floating.
- furn_de_p_table_01 had one leg in the wall.
- Not sure how I feel about the furn_redoran_hearth_02, but I suppose it could function as a forge. Replaced the firewood with hot coals though.
- Rotated iron longsword to rest properly.
- Removed ownership from Light_De_Lantern_01_128.
- Removed ownership from misc_com_broom_01 and misc_com_bucket_01. Copied from the Suran Tradehouse. Relative positions have been changed of course. I reset the broom's scale to 1 too.
- Rotated misc_de_bowl_redware_02 to match the surface below it better.
- Removed the misc_dwrv_artifact50, due to Dwemer artifacts being Dwemer artifacts.
- Added a candle to said desk too, due to reading in the dark being bad for you.
- TR_bk_DwemerBurialCustoms was partly sunk to the lid of the chest.
- Rotated TR_misc_skull_vamp_02 to better balance.
- Rotated TR_w_iron_saber_02 to rest properly (which pretty much meant to setting it back to 0, GG).
- urn_03_food was floating.

Ragox, please keep in mind that we frown upon copying items from other interiors. If you want to know their ID, sure, take a look, but we would prefer if you then dragged the item to the render window from the object window.
