A small office of the Imperial Legion. The Imperial Legion guards only the Consulate island, nothing else in the city. This is a ceremonially important post, but obviously not militarily that important.

This exterior has already been used for i3-261.

And yet this claim was put up. That interior is being used in another location.

I'd like to claim this and make it very much ceremonial, containing lots of shiny things (I thought of using the museum displays and put various Imperial Legion equipment inside them). Maybe make it a recruitment/propaganda center, with one office desk where informations are being handed out to those interested in joining (both written on papers and also per dialogue, guiding them to the nearest IL Forts)?

Obviously dialogue would be done by the NPCers rather than at this stage... But aside from that, sounds good. Happy modding.

Thanks!
Can someone adjust the description accordingly, so the "NPCers" will know what to do later?
And may I use com style objects for this Int, since it's practically Imperial?

NPCers will be given notes based on what you say in this thread. I trust Not, or whoever may be Head of NPCs at the time, will handle it accordingly.

As Imperial as it may be, it's still in Almalexia rather than an Imperial held part of Morrowind... I'd advise against using a lot of com items.

First Update, most important stuff done, now I gotta make it all neat and detailed.

Does anyone know which books I could place in this interior (that are focused on the Imperial Legion)?

Also, I for one always track down and read each thread for the interiors I'm NPCing. Doing so not only provides me with much needed inspiration, but it's always important to know what the interior-maker had in mind when deciding who to put in their interiors.

Do we have a TR version of Ordo Legionis yet? If so, I'd put that in here. I'm pretty sure we also have a TR book about the Imperial Navy that would be fitting.

You could throw in a copy of Brief History of the Empire and maybe Mixed Units Tactics v1

There's a 'Defence of Morrowind Volume 1' or something like that which would be fitting.

Yeti, you design the NPCs based on what the interior modder wrote about them? So the more elaborate and detailed the thread is about the NPCs, the better it helps you? Do you write their dialogue and topics and quests and all their inventory and all that goes with them?

More or less, though I'll usually only utilize what the interior modder wrote if it's a good idea. Elaborate details only really help if the npc in question deserves unique dialogue, which many npcs don't. Still, if someone says the interior they made was for a female NPC, I'll naturally make sure the NPC is female.

NPC claims are where npcs are added to the game world. Creating an NPC includes placing items in their inventory, along with setting their AI patterns, naming them, ect. Dialogue is also written at this stage, including generic dialogue that most NPCs in a settlement will repeat, and unique dialogue for special NPCs. Quests can be planned and even made at this stage, though I tend to save their implementation for people who have more patience and skill with scripting.

A more through description of what an NPC modder does can be found here.

Moving to N/A until we decide what to do with Alma claims.
