Dres Model Set

Here is a list of the models that need to be made for Dres/Deshaan. This list will be updated as new models are completed.

Also, the actual Concept Art for all of this should still be posted in [url=http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/old_forum/viewtopic.php?t=25146]this thread here.[/url] This is merely a to-do list that will be updated on a regular basis.

-Protective gear for foreman and frontline workers (masks that shield from chlorine fog)
-Propylon amulets (used for inter-stronghold teleportation)
-Sachem unique clothing (for leader/s)
-some kind of blunt weapon or whip to keep the slaves in line (see sigil).
-The Covenant Chain: Symbol of power, woven from something.

Hark! Retextured and modified vanilla lava planes to act as fancy, animated chloride pools.

For the Deshaan land critters, how about some of the creatures in [url=http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/old_forum/viewtopic.php?t=24958&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0]Asylum's showcase[/url]. The Skux and the Derrweth, for example? Maybe with some retexturing to fit Deshaan?

edit: fixed the collision, added 2 animated mist clouds for a better effect as well as a sound effect file

Note this needs a whole new mesh/texture because of the aspect ratio, since it's too skinny to fit any of the existing ones. Depending on how much time I have this week, I may or may not get to that, so anyone can take the png above and take a stab at it if they wish.

Updated the chloride pool .zip file above to include a 1024 plane as well

Updated the chloride pool .zip file above AGAIN to include an animated mist cloud and a sound effect and fixed the collision issues

Fantastic work as always Rats! I know I say this to you all the time, but you really are awesome! :D

Anyway:

Began work on stairs, bridges and hexagonal cantons. Working making them modular. Updated original post to reflect this.

Can it be made so chlorine pools do poison damage if you step into one, like lava does fire damage?

I think that's what we're going to do, but there'll be an exception where if you wear certain protective armor it won't hurt you.
