Thanks everybody; that's exactly what a modder like me needs to hear. It's VERY nice to know that my work is being appreciated. Thanks again.

@Garriath:
The bandits have settled in the cave - not made it. This room is a part of some ruined temple.

BTW: I need some candles like those WITHOUT the light/flame. How do I remove it?

get a script made for them that turns them off as soon as the game is started, or as soon as the player enters the cell.

SlugZ, that cave looks awesome. Certainly not the average hoodlum camp I mistook it as from the first screenies. Forgive me for underestimating your abilities.

Say what, why not make the hoodlums daedra worshipping hoodlums? The skulls and the candles make it perfect for an altar of a non-Morrowind daedra, like Herma Mora or Hircine or Sanguine. Well, maybe not Sanguine, but check TIL's book of daedra for ideas.

For now, I'm sleeping in my lightless city beneath the waves.

But someday ... I will be back.

New update!

I added 274 statics since last picture... which brings it up to a total of 600 statics.

..and I'm not done yet! :)

About that idea of Hermit, it would be great to have new daedra lords being worshipped. There already is a hermaeus mora statue created by Vorrheis. I personnally think it needs some work, but it could be used. And maybe we could give it a daedra statue quest, with a artifact as a reward.

And Slugz, Dun Akafell looks great!!! Very good job on the interior.

600 statics? All in ONE cell?

Cut it into 2 or more separate cells. Have you considered the lag that would happen once you have
a) added lights
b) added creatures
c) added npc's (as you clearly mentioned a Bandit Camp of some sorts)
d) other miscellaneous items?
this s*** is bananas...b-a-nan-a-s..

Well, it depends Yinnie, if he's got dense fog and they're spread out over a large area it might not be bad at all. Faces is what matters more than the number of statics, and number of sounds/animated sprites (water/mist here) and creatures/npcs matter the most. However, yes, it is probubly best to break it up into two cells ;)

Yeah that's my plan too. I'm just doing that later to make sure they fits together.

I don't think Dun Akafell is the right place for a deadra shrine quest. I think that's what the ruins are for.

600? I don't think it's that many. Darconis palace would be about 2500 I've heard. And that's currently in one cell.

You're mixing up statics and objects. Darconis palace will be around 2500 objects perhaps but will certainly divided into several cells. As for your interior, you probably meant 600 objects since you already have lights and other things added. 600 statics would mean a lot of misc items and lights would still be added and would come down to a much, much higher object count. Anyway, even with a count of 600 so far I think it should be more than one cell, because the total count will be a lot higher. If you hit 1000 refs you should certainly divide it into multiple cells.

Now they're divided into 2 cells and it works just fine. :)

I still need to make the bandit camp and some mushrooms/debris. And then I will continue to add lights.

My guess is that it will be finished tomorrow. :)

On the above topic:

I'm perfectly aware of what Dun Akafell is. I just don't see why the old Dunmer would keep piles of skills lying around their temples.

Oh, and it does look very nice. Great job.

I bet some disturbed deadra worshipper is crazy enough to collect a pile of skulls... :P

Here is how I split it:
