I talked to some of you guys earlier that map2 and map1 had to little telvanni cities..
And I mean pure Telvanni.
Also. Much of 2-19 is still not worked on.
So I took the opertunity to make a telvanni city in 2-19.
Close to the lake.
I belive it turned out very good.
I just started on this last night.
But it should be all ok..
I based it of the map2 mod.
So It may have some errors.
But as soon as you merge it to map2 those error should be gone.

No doors are added. Becus of Interior issues.
I leave that up to them. Since they need to change them anyway.
Also.. No banners.
I whould very much like some banners to the "Lord's Tower"
So if someone can make some for me I'll add them.
Base them of the other telvanni banners and I be etarnally greatful.


Story Line:
The idea behind it is a secluded telvanni town whit an "to be" concillior of telvanni `Naima Tevelon` is the telvanni mage.
It's a triving city.
The now grand master Tevelon was earlier the aprentice of the late Battlemage `Terma Sera` who was the original maker of the tower.
Hence the "Lord's Tower" = Tel Muthsera.
or "Tower of lord(s)" if you like.
The town generates income from the mines to the east.
(across the walkway beside the stilt service)
What kind of minerals is up to the maker.
I whould think ebony or something very presius.
Like that new mineral in Tribunal.

Oh.. and Rodan..
Just cut out the four cells =
#33,-2 trough 34,-3#
If you chose to use the city.
You should have a perfect fit.
also you should smooth the eage to the west.
Those cells has a little gap. I couldn't do anything whit it.

I like the city but.. I dont think tel muthsera would work as a name. It's used for status and respect, I dont think it would be used as a name in a city..

Are there any significant geopgraphical figures nearby (maybe the lake) it could be 'Tel' and whatever the local tongue is for lake, or water or whatever. Though, are there any cities or towns mentioned in any lore that we havn't included, maybe we should concentrate on that instead of adding on bits?

This is only how I see it of course :P and I do know we can add new lore, and I would agree that (as a dedicated wizard) we need more giant *ahem* magic mushrooms :twisted:

I always did hate that I missed a chance to do a Telvanni Tower interior, hope we add this.

Something struck me when wandering through map 2. And its close to Tel Muthsera, that's why I post here. Here's the problem :


upper :

The telvanni city we can see on the upper one is Tel Muthsera. And as you can see, the two red-framed areas are almost staticless. 0 reference in most of those cells...

I really like the Tel Muthsera city, would be sad to have nothing around it !

So what's gonna happen with this ? Seran are you going to fill those plains ? Or maybe only the upper area, and will shall give the lower one to someone else for complete filling ?

EDIT : Newly joined Samurai was looking for some exterior modding... END EDIT.

I had intended to fill this while I was a mod
when I left I said this area had to be filled.
If anyone want to add something it's totally ok whit me
Might I suddest some caves.
Not so much dweemer or daedra structures.
Maybe Velothi.
If you can find Kade's claim and maybe add some features from there.
It should be hard to fill this.
Three or four modders could fill this easily.
The land is done so it's no problem.

I have a suggestion for one cell of this, I would add a velothi dome-thingy for use by a rouge telvanni (probably from tel muthsera, a quest could deal with it).
Also, I would love to see whoever does this get creative and make a new region for this area, like a highly dense forest made with MH + willow(made by majra) trees or something.

I could probobly post some long and convinsing post.
But in the end all I ask is for some of you atleast look at it.
Personally I feel it's very good. But I'm bius.

That's on Noirgrim's part of the map 2 detailing, so I'd wager the problem is in goood hands.
