Actually, Morrowind is a close second to Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. A mighty addictive game, but obviously doesn't have the mod capability like MW does.

I didnt think that some of the lord of the rings games were very good, they didnt have good combat interface. But I do love lord of the rings, we had an all day marathon once at my house on the home cinema. 9 hours of lord of the rings, complete with free popcorn and toilet breaks! hee hee

My favourites:

1: Thief Series (I, II & III)
2: Arcanum
3: TES Series
4: Planescape: Torment
5: Gothic Series (I & II)
6: Baldur's Gate Series
7: Anachronox
8: Neverwinter Nights Series
9: Total War Series
10: Deus Ex Series

As you can see, I am a bit of an RPG enthusiast. For some reason, I find myself playing through a whole series from first game to last in order to get the most out of them, even if the engine is crap. For example, I shelved Thief III for quite a while so I could finish Thief II first.

Hmm...

1. World of Warcraft!!
2. Morrowind
3. Warhammer 40.000: Dawn of War (who wants to mp? :P)
4. Dungeon Keeper 1&2

I simply love WoW. I played open beta like crazy and now bought full, though I'm not playing it before exams (i don't want to fail :P).
Morrowind - who needs a reason? :P
Dawn of War is one of the best rts games ever.. warcarft III would be other for me.
And Dungeon Keeper is classic. 1 is funnier but 2 better graphics and overall more fun. If you can buy it anywhere, do it!! Don't hesitate!!

EV Nova, Master of Orion (the first one, and sometimes the second) and Morrowind are my favorites.

There're probably some more that I've not played in a while, and so do not remember, but those are the main ones that I like.

I don't list the games I like in order because the one I like the most depends most on my mood.

Good Mood:
Oddworld games: Abe's Oddosey, Abe's Exodus, Munch's Oddosey, Stranger's Wrath.

Bad Mood:
Halo, Halo 2 (duh), Morrowind (with main char), Unreal Championship

Whatever mood:
Morrowind (with "pillow fort" char) and Oddworld games.

Another fan of Paradox game?! Quite a rarity on these kinds of boards!

1. Crusader Kings
2. Europa Universalis 2
3. Morrowind
4. Most other single player RPGs (beggers can't be choosers... and so many seem the same after the first few games)
5. Victoria
In the 550's Byzantine Generals Narses and Liberius were winning battles into their 80's. Retirement programs, though no longer including raping and pillaging, have clearly improved since.

4. Super smash bros 64
5. Secret of Mana
6. Legends of Zelda: A link to the past
7. Mariokart 64
8. Duckhunt (Yes, it still works!)
9. Diablo 2
10. Warcraft 2

I don't think Morrowind can count as my favorite game, since I don't play it.
1) The Simpsons Arcade Game
2) Sonic 3
3) Mortal Combat 1-4 (and 5 looks promising)
4) Bad Fur Day
5) Super Smash Bros (64, not GameCube)
6) No Mercy
"Hail Dexter."

I live in America and it's on Xbox. I knew there had to be some other oddworld fans who didn't practicly live on the oddworld forums. You can find me there, but I haven't loged in in about a year or two.
