I will send today a corrected version.I have to see but the step is not floating, there is a problem with the center point or i put two steps, one on the other,i don't remember.I new for the buildings,it's so minimum that i let it for esthetics reasons (the door of the southern building),but OK.Don't understand about the border,i have try to keep a logic and a lot of avoid space remain.
Unfortunatly.
Here is a list and some propositions:
List:
4 big buldings in the center.
A trap door behind the main building.
2 interior-exterior in the northern part, one has 2 mines entry, one for peoples the other for wagons.Add a hunted sound marker.
1 interior-exterior on the southern way,a potion of levitation is hidden there.
The bridge to the city is broken,by walk it’s possible to join the place by two way:one under the fall of the southern lake, the other from the map in the south.
Name of the city:The Logoth Mouth.İt’s a redoran mining place for iron.
Because they will be no guards,i have try to put realistic but non expensive furnitures.
The western part is isolated from the rest of the map, have one little camp.
The north-east corner contain a skeleton with a levitation potion opening another access.
Now:
The city seems to have been forgiven recently.İ propose two possibilities:the easiest, the inhabitants has been catch by esclavagists;the other is not following the TR rules,a powerfull undead could have stole the soul of the inhabitants.Maybee a complete quest could be created to find the gems (possibly in the northern mine) containing the prisonners souls, then there bodies.and then resurect theme.Anyway,a good idea will be to let the PC be responsible of the reborn of the city.
The trap door could go to a sewer system using the lava to warm the buildings.
main,but...

Looks like flipped normals on the mesh. Which is it? In the meantime, placing a rock or boulder over the hole is probably the simplest solution...

Sorry for this alert, the problem come from my computer.

I want to claim. Following the instructions.

Tall mountains, treacherous terrain, hard to traverse. Couple of cave systems.

IDEA: The caves could be a way to navigate the mountains safely in places. One of the caves is a tunnel, leading to a mountain monastery, dedicated to Vivec.

What to do with The Logoth Mouth? I was planning on removing it, with permission. There will be a new place of settlement here, but a monastery.

I could build it like the concept art of Holamayan into the mountains.

Granting. Logoth Mouth should go, it's not very lore-friendly, what with the lava canyons and all. Although there should be an iron mine in the claim, like there is now.

It's really mysterious how the CS now gives a similar error to different people. They seem to all be in the far west of Morrowind, and working with high(er) altitudes. Tearing. Picture posted Razz

a bit of land being raised 1000 points, it is an error that pops up from time to time. It shows a velothi structure off to the side though.

I *think* (but I'm not sure) that its caused by editing too much landscaping data in one session. Might also have something to do with the distance from cell 0, 0. The best thing you can do is what Nemon said and back up every so often and TESAME infected cells.

Because the CS decided to behave for whatever reason (I think it doesn't like the land being so high. It's higher than RM possibly) I've uploaded a very early WIP. About the velothi thing: I read an ancient discussion on such a thing in this claim. I liked the idea. It's frozen, and probably deserted. My idea is that it's an ancient monastery dedicated to Vivec. It was once a repository of knowledge.

That is bad, lower it. Red mountain is the highest mountain in Tamriel.

You really don't know how to listen do you. I wanted someone to OK this before you made it. I still want someone to do that actually. If this is in the file without an ok when you submit, I will be quite unhappy with you.

The monastery is just an idea, easily removed if it isn't allowed.

As for RM, it's higher than this is.

Aeven, close down the CS and restart the computer.

I've had this problem before and its basically the exact reason that Nomadic has mentioned above.

A solid restart usually fixes this.

Actually, remote lore repository seems like it would be fairly relevant and not just some random wilderness claim.

Completed. This has 4 new interiors: a mine (for iron I think), a miner house (Redoran, with sleeping accommodation for the foreman and the miners), an ice cave, and a generic cave.

Ignore the parts of my PM about being the wrong texture, apparently these are supposed to be ash mountains. But regardless, they aren't nearly detailed enough, and the more pressing matter of them being twice as tall as they are supposed to be still exists. Use the claims I mentioned in your PM for height-matching, if not region matching. (This means much less snow and ice, if there will be any left at all, which I kind of doubt).

I actually really preferred the cliff at the edge of this claim that was here originally. It included a very nice rushing stream into a very low pool. Despite the fact that the lava city was implausible, the rest of this kebra claim was very nice.

EDIT: also, when I said there should be an iron mine, I meant more than just a door to an interior claim. There should be solid evidence of iron mining going on outside.

Haplo, you refer to 4-38, but I believe that this claim has some western border issues itself. No way it's high enough in the West. It needs mountains. Unless new Map 4 claims west of it are going to be made, that isn't a natural border of ANY kind in 4-38.

4-38 is the claim directly to the north of this, that is your natural border. Your mountains are--at least--twice as high as they should be. I'm telling you this as a fact. Same for other stuff in my previous post. 4-38 does in fact need a tad bit of work including, perhaps, a slight raise in elevation, but the change in height will be negligible. Your mountains are also way too large in size. This claim was opened when it was because of its relation to the Roth Roryn region, which you nearly fail to include. Your claim should have more RR and less mountains.
