Two stories with a small basement: Upper floor is the owners residence, ground floor is the clothier shop (owned by the couple who owns the building), basement is rented to a couple (the man works in Neo 15).

3 NPC's: 1 owner on top floor, 1 owner running the shop, 1 renter in basement (all Dunmer).

This needs to be moved, so I can make claims...in addition the origional version of this file has been recovered now, but I had already redone it. If you just revert back to the origional version Vegor has this file and can choose whcih he likes better.
