I like Hermonga-Mora and Sheogog. Do you think they'll appear in Hammerfell somehow?

Daedra always have a way of appearing where they're not wanted. Sload originally asked for them, but I never finished the entire list

Something I doodled up last night. hopefully a tad more orthographic version of the crown/older Yoku porcelain armour

and this, I coulda sworn I put it here before. No time like the present. This also displays two slightly similar styles of satakal faces, the first being much earlier, and easier for an unskilled stone artisan

As for Vaernima done in the old style, it certainly wouldn't hurt to do so. might be able to place the image in a book somewhere, perhaps.

Thank you for the orthographic front view of the armour. It will make modeling and texturing so much easier. If you feel like sketching out a quick rear or side view I would be greatful. It doesn't even have to be detailed. Basic shapes will do.

I hate to nitpick... but I have this problem often while drumming:

TES being a right-handed game (the player and NPCs are all right-handed in the way they wield weapons), wouldn't that big dangle-y string/bracelet-thing on the right wrist of the guy in the porcelain armor picture get in the way or run the risk of getting his hand caught in it?

When I put on a coat to go perform I know if I don't put gauntlets on my sleeves or roll them back then the stick in my right hand will get caught in the sleeve's cuff more times than I can count.

Thanks. Those will help a ton :D They look great. I believe we now have enough porcelain concepts to put together a modeling 'package'.

I plan to make a few more doodles, hopefully enough to make several versions of porcelain armour within the same province (crown, forebear, etc.), much the same that bonemold has on the other end of the continent.

I have one complaint. The lines on the helm make it look like a bit like a beehive.

I think it's:

"They try to make me go to rehab; I said no, no, no."

No that it even slightly matters. I agree she does look a mess, it's probabaly why she went to rehab.

More importantly, you think she's a cum dumpster and want to tell us so.

Its even less relevant when you consider I meant an actual beehive. The kind bees live in.

Grow up. Macar's joke was off-topic and random but it's not a reason to ruin this thread.

Lute, I hadn't considered doing orthographics quite as simply as that, and it makes me happy, because that way it's not so taxing, I hate having to crack out a ruler.

No, I certainly didn't get it. But I didn't need to and I don't think it's worth being hypocritical and continuing this derailment.

Macar, even thoguh this post isn't about Amy Winhouse can I
have this (my post) deleted too?

I'm sorry, I just can't help but call you a retard when you tell me to grow up because I'm ruining a thread that has gone on for something like 23 pages and two years by pointing out that Macar has made a bad joke.

once again you have outdone yourself man. I love the layered look of the clothing and the details- and I can just imagine the extra detail on those scales- it's going to look great when it gets modeled.

Forgive the useless praise post :D

If you're up to it Tu'whacca and his temple could use a few new concepts. We discussed Tu'whacca and his priests in the Elinhir tread. IMHO Tu'whacca needs to be more snake-y than in the concept you have made already. Also, I'd like to know if you have any new ideas for the priestly robes of Tu'whacca's clergy.

Tu'aqua is beautiful the way he his, bodily especially. I have suggested some changes to his ship in the past, but he definitely does not need a redesign.

Priestsuits (tophatless, preferably) should be uniform for every god, not designed with a particular one in mind.

Beauitfully reminiscent of Morrowind concept art. With a little bit of Lutemoth 'zinggg' to it.

Love the textures... really great use of pictures.

I miss drawing Hammerfall stuff like that. Wish I had more time spent here that I actually understood the culture.

Can we sticky this please. Lutemoth may be gone, but we can keep his concepts visible.

That would be a good idea. Lots of the newer concept artists like myself can get into the flow easily by taking a look at all his work.

Lutemoth, are you going to draw anymore pictures for Quagmire creatures? Those quagmire creatures are all lesser daedra of some sort, right? They're coming from Vaernima's realm in Oblivion so that would make them lesser daedra.

Since replies to this thread are pretty useless, I'm locking it for now.
