Some more TR Info (Stirk and Server move)

Recently, the TR website was moved to a new server. As a result, some of the files uploaded to the claims browser are temporarily unavailable. I will be attempting to upload my backups, so the problem should be fixed shortly.
Also, we have begun interior claiming for Stirk. Lady N has uploaded them into the claims browser as i4-97 - i4-107. NPC claiming will be going on at the same time as interior claiming, and quest creation will begin immediately after that.
