Cyrodiil Real Estate Guide
The Council on Cyrodiilic Lodgings
1 Last Seed, 3E 433

In the regal, bustling capital province, property can be difficult to acquire. On behalf of his wizened and esteemed advisors that comprise the Elder Council, His Sovereign, Emperor Uriel Septim VII, has granted charter to the creation of this guide. It must be noted that other provinces have similar guides, and thus information concerning real estate in said provinces can be found in aforementioned guides. Another vital note is that these houses come generally come unfurnished, as any proper noble would have their own furniture to bring along with them.

Anvil:
Property seems exceptionally cheap in this quaint port town of alabaster. Once little more than a den of vice, (see “A History of Anvil and Piracyâ€Â￾ by Horatio Gargonath) this port offers little in regards to a proper social life. While Countess Umbranox lives in a lovely castle by the sea, the only property befitting a noble in this town is Benirus Manor. The Benirus family has allegedly left town, and the house has been sitting empty for quite some time. The low price of 5000 Septims makes it blatantly obvious; the alleged atrocities committed in the house are true and the family is trying to erase this ugly blot from their history.

Bravil:
Charter requirements state that all the cities of Cyrodiil must be listed, even if no property is available. However, Count Terentius’ officials have indicated there is in indeed a property available for 4000 Septims. A Guide representative has visited Bravil in response and has found the small, lower story shack to be unworthy of living for anyone of respect. Even the finest Imperial City or Skingrad houses placed this disrespectable, backwater town wouldn’t be worth 4000 Septims.

Bruma:
High in the Jerall Mountains, the city of Bruma is Cyrodiil’s most northern city and a true gem of its own. While often being party to nasty rumors of drunken Nords fighting and removing their clothing in public, the property available here is a lovely little home built in Nordic style. Located near the Chapel of Talos and just down the hill from Countess Narina Carvain’s castle, the house is available for a mere 10000 Septims, which is ideal for a person of value on a budget.

The Imperial City:
Truly, in all of Tamriel there exists no place quite as beautiful as the Imperial City. Home of Emperors, diplomats, generals and the highest people of respect, living in the City is fabulously expensive. However, once it is seen how wonderful walking among Green Emperor Way and worshipping the Nine at the Temple of the One is, it is easy to see why everyone desires to live in the city. Unfortunately, because of this strong competition to own limited property in the Imperial City, especially in the prominent Talos Plaza district, no property is available. The Office of Imperial Commerce mentions that there is a property available in the Waterfront District, but that is beneath the notice of this Guide.

Cheydinhal:
The most Eastern of all respectable Cyrodiilic cities, Cheydinhal is beautiful example of how pristine a city is. Even with the Count being an incompetent Dunmer, Cheydinhal offers one fantastic manor available at this present time. Located across from the Mage’s Guild, this home offers a massive two-storey fireplace, and has a large dining room for entertaining other people of respect. There simply isn’t anything wrong with this house in location, structure or detail, and it is simply waiting for a right-headed, intelligent person to pay Count Indarys the necessary 15000 Septims for the deed.

Chorrol:
For some time now the Countess Arriana Valga has had a spacious, upscale manor for sale in the city of Chorrol, along the Black Road to the Hammerfell city of Elinhir. Known as Arborwatch, the manor boasts a large dining hall and several bedrooms for entertaining guests, much as our lives demand. Located between a respectable Mage’s Guild and the old family manor of the well known Montierre family in the higher part of town, this is the home that anyone with the sense and means to own one should. For purchase information, see the Countess in her castle. And remember – only buyers of distinction will be considered!

Leyawiin:
Full of towering southern architecture and massive manors, it is no surprise that some of the wealthiest individuals in all of Cyrodiil take up residence there. With its unique charm of the Blackwood standing tall around the city’s wall, the Niben to the East and Topal Bay sparkling like a gem to the south, it should come as no surprise that there is little opportunity for a proper house. It is terrible shame that some of these soaring abodes are owned by Argonians! Because these non-noble creatures have taken what should be rightly Imperial and Count Caro doesn’t seem to care, nothing proper remains. For Argonians, Orsimer or Khajiit there is a small shack for 7000 Septims.

Skingrad:
The glory of the West Weald is fully revealed in the tall, beautiful city of Skingrad. Everything that could be desired is here, with all of the quaint little farms far enough from the road that they cannot be smelled along with the long vineyards producing Tamriel’s finest wines. The people of Skingrad are of an exceptional breed as well, with the good Imperials frequenting the chapel as they go about their busy and valuable lives. However, the villain Vandalloran Trebatius recently made a mistake in his investments, defaulted on a loan, and as a result has had his property seized by Count Hassildor. Long had he lived in the largest and finest house in the entire region, but now that house is available to anyone with the means and respect. Towering three stories above the streets, the massive house features a large dining room, massive den, bedroom and servants quarters. Surrounding Rosethorn Hall are serveral other prestigious and wealthy homes, such as Summitmist Manor and the Sextius House. Buyers of distinction should see Count Hassildor, as dealing with an Orc over a matter of 25000 Septims is simply shameful.
