I want to make this into a outpost/stronghold, for some Redoran warriors, maybe even Armigers/Ordinators if that is fine. There will be two to three levels, a passage way leading to the opening obviously(I already looked at the exterior claim) and I want to do a little something different on the top floor, where it is divided into rooms but still has the round wall and windows on the appropriate side(it looks good, I've done it before). If it is for the warriors, than I would like to put in a small room as a chapel/place of worship, with a few shrines but nothing to much. Also a smithy might be appropriate and maybe lodging for pilgrims perhaps?

Maybe this place could be bouyant armiger training area. Not trying to supercede you, just a thought you might be able to use.

I didn't want to be too ambitious, but yea if that could be approved I wouldn't mind that, I might make it slightly larger then.

Edit: I also want to mention, that when it comes to Ordinator/ Armiger Lore, I'm Tip-Top, there isn't much info, but alot people over look it and I have really scavenged Morrowind for every bit on them, so I would know what I am doing.

Granting as an outpost thing for Redoran warriors.

If you want it for the Ordinators or Bouyant Armigers, you'll have to convince me.

I have it all laid out, and I am now placing furniture and detailing it. I am also going to move the upper tower into a separate interior cell.

Edit: Reconsidered from a different perspective.

IIRC, there are zero places for the BA in Maps1-3.

The Buoyant Armigers are dedicated to Vivec and are probably more common in Vvardenfell.

I know that, but that doesn't mean they don't exist on the mainland. If it was out of wanting to be closer to Vivec, then the Armigers would be in Vivec city, but they aren't because its not about worshiping the ground Vivec walks on, its about living their lives like he would. Nothing in the game states they are convinced or only serve on Vvardenfell. They would go where they are need to in order to hunt down the enemies of Vivec and the Temple. Anyhow, its unimportant right now as I'm working this claim as a Redoran outpost.

Update: Feb 21, 2009
Just laying out furniture and detailing each room. Nothing really interesting.

Sorry, internet service is out at my house right now, but I'm still working on this. I posted where I am right now in case it ends up being quite a while untill I can get on here again, but I don't think it will be that long. Mostly, I'm still arranging furniture and things, but thats nearly done and I can start adding junk and items.

I'd like to claim this, I've been looking at some bethsoft Velothi towers for a bit of inspiration (so many floaters, bleeders and unrotated objects on de_p furniture, wasn't exactly pleasant)and I fancy doing something non-urban.

Planning to carry on with the Redoran outpost idea, I would have used Túrelio's WIP but the link gives me a 404 for some reason.

Small forge/smithy, small barracks, probably a small shrine/place of worship where i was planning to put the pilgrim area and the garrison captain's quarters at the top of the tower.

I have a terrible feeling that any file name with a non-standard character is inaccessible. This probably needs to be addressed...

There, finished.

Túrelio's wip wasn't used in the end, but I did have a look, was pretty interesting.

TESAME: Clean

Fits exterior: Yes

Northmarker set: Yes
Loading errors: No

Review: Illegal to sleep not set. I set it, since it's an interior, but I'm not sure if it applies since Velothi domes are usually in the wilderness. Anyway...

Cathartis should know, Velothi floors curve to meet the walls.

Fixed various errors due to wall/floor curvature, and a few other minor floaters/bleeders.

Comments Ooh a Velothi dome!
