The font itself looks very nice, but some of the info is inaccurate now. Many of the names have been changed from Arena's original map. For example, my cities Greenheights and Amber Forest, have been changed to Alt' Bosara and Bosmora.
Is this meant to be used by people playing TR or is it for our (TR's) benefit?

Trudging through the relentless Skyrim snowstorms, the lone Paladin looks on in sorrow as the land of Tamriel evolves without him; his mind occupied with other matters.

Well, I don't know that such a compiled list exists, but I can add what I know to it.
-Tel Ouada is a new town added to Map 1. It's in (25,17) I think.
-Glen Haven is now named "Ranyon-Ruhn"
-Darconis is a new town added to Map 2. I think this is in (25,-1)
-Greenheights is now named "Alt' Bosara"
-A new landmark, "Dragonhead Point", is in cell (40,-4)
-Helnim Wall is now named "Marog"
-A new landmark, "Kemel-Ze", is in cell (22,-1)
-Old Ebonheart is now named "Port Zenithar" (This has been changed back and forth a bit so this might be inaccurate)
-Mournhold is named Almalexia (Mournhold is just the inner city)
-Amber Forest is now named "Bosmora"
-Corkarth Run is, for now, renamed to just "Corkarth" (subject to change)
This is basically the extent of my knowledge of changes to the original map. There are probably plenty of things that other people could think of, though. I would suggest that anyone who sees this post should put any necessary changes here.

If you don't bother with your past history. How do you know where your currently at? It's past what makes us who we are. And who we will be. Ignoring that, is ignoring who we are and where we're going.

The big lake called "Andaram Lake" should be "Lake Boethiah". I remember this was decided trough a poll on the old forums (about 8 months ago).
I find the font a bit hard to read (for example the capital "D" looks a lot like the an "O".
EDIT:
Suggestion:
The Bay Northwest of Darnim Watch could be named "Azura's Bay" (close to the shrine of Azura)
Oh and the "Sea of Ghosts" is actually the "Inner Sea". The Sea of Ghosts is Northeast of Dagon Fell... so North of Bal Oyra...
And maybe the eastern coast could be "Akaviri Coast"?
One of the islands in the east could be called "Wyrm" after the famous dragon from Akavir. Maybe not.

Excellent work Prometheus!
Change spelling of Karththor to Karthor Dale.
Change the river named Seloth River to the Pryai River.
The DeShaan Plains (not DeShan) should cover more of the southern area.
Cormaris View (not Cormar View) with the small lake surrounding it called Lake Cormaris
On the south shore of Lake Coronati is the small fort Ald Iuval. On the northeast shore of Lake Coronati is small fort Ald Marak.
Where you have "The Broken Lands" there will be a small village called Bodrum. Also, why not call this area the Shadow Lands? Shadowgate Pass is on the south of this area.
The pass through the Velothi Mountains west of Kragenmoor is called Shadowgate Pass.
The pass through the Velothi Mountains west of Karthor Dale is called Septim's Gate.
The Velothi Mountains are the "impassable" western border of mainland Morrowind. So I suggest that the Velothi Mountains start in the north and extend south to just north of Narsis.
more later...

Gah'ruhn is in coordinates (15, -29) and (16, -29)
Kogo'AÃÂmrah is in coordinates (20, -33)
And one more thing: The D's look too much like O's in my opinion.

A new political map? I sense a clash waiting to happen. How different is it from CleverClothe's original political map? Are the differences just aesthetic or political in nature?

Bal Oyra is in 18,24 (north of where you have it, its right at the point)
Aegondo point is in 25,21 or 25,20 , not quite sure
Get rid of 'Glen Haven or Ranyon 'Ruhn', it makes it look like we're confused. Just leave it as Ranyon-Ruhn.
In 34,8 is Boethia point (my big overlooking statue of Boethiah).
Kemel-Ze (i think) needs a dwemer ruin symbol.
The D on Darconis looks too much like an O.
At (40,-27)(41,-30) there is an island, called Solis Island.
The big long island just west of the Bitter Coast (-14,4)(-13,-5) is called 'Labrys Isle'
The area extending from Boethiah Point, inward and down to Lake Boethiah is known as 'The Boethian Mountains' (i think it was CvC or Ach who named that, its the reason why I made Boethiah Point).
Again, dont put 'Green Heights or Alt Bosara', leave it at 'Alt Bosara'
Noirgrim made a Telvanni tower at or near (22,8), you'll need to find out a name from him.
I hope I havent been overly critical here, but im just pointing out things that need to be added or changed.
