I used to have an english morrowind version but I lost it.
Now I have only a french version. Is there are any way to change language?
And btw I would like to thanks every modder here for the amazing work!

No, it is not possible to change the language.
I suppose you could buy the game on Steam, and from there you can install/uninstall/reinstall in different languages as you want. But a given installation is in a single language and cannot be changed. Some things, notably the cell names, are identical.
