Can I pick up where Quentin left? With Almalexia almost done (and I really like how that new indoril strider port comes along!) I could have a little breathing room for this project.
Also, I'd really like to spread those new indoril models a bit, so that they don't look too out of place in Almalexia.
If you're okay with this, Quentin.

First things first, we need a Dunmer name for the town, and since one hasn't been suggested I propose "Rouan Ar Duhr" which would mean "Sky Lamp Moor". I figure there probably aren't any eagles in Morrowind and since Cliff Racers and the Netch don't seem "cool" enough to name a city after I went with the Sky Lamps.
I just made up Ar translating to lamp since there currently isn't an entry for lamp in the translator. Also since moor isn't in the dictionary either I came up with Duhr for that one. If anyone has better suggestions for translations of lamp and moor, or can think of a better Morrowind flying creature to name the city after let me know.

Let me check my files Nazz. I'll see if I have a later version (a lot of my mods I haven't transferred from CD yet).

Here are two pictures of the city. In the original the city was spread out amoung the 9 cells in the claim, but I decided to pull them all in closer and make it more cohearant. Currently I have 2 cells left to go so it should be done by tomorrow.

Here is the completed version of the city. All ready for some merging.
