no my perspective is right, it's not out of proportion, it's just too small...there's nothin on it. If it had some fur or horns or a skull or something on it, then I would call it perfect.

Hm. This is really cool. All this concept art, so tiny internet connection. Stupid dial up.
Any way, so I liked the flesh golem, but the head didn't really feel fleshy. So I made my own. Sorry if I'm not supposed to do this without asking somewhere, but here it is:
P.S. The "not really" thing is because I called it amazing. It's not. I did it while eating a peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich.

Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!
The armor would have more fur. Similar to the Nordic iron cuirass, it would have a pelt of some sort of the back. The crotch-protector-thingy would also be lined and backed with fur.
As far as the helmets go, I swear I will have four or five different variants up today at some point. That will take care of the horn issue. Not now though. I'm going back to bed.

Well, typically a person's foot is equal in length to the height of their head. But yeah I know, the head is a little small.
On that note, here are some new heads.

I think that the curled horns on the bottom right look the best. They have that Viking/Norse look to them that is the most appropriate, I think, for Skyrim's people.
PS: Yes, I realize that real Vikings never had those horns and it was all just a misconception, but they still look more appropriate.

Trudging through the relentless Skyrim snowstorms, the lone Paladin looks on in sorrow as the land of Tamriel evolves without him; his mind occupied with other matters.
Here is another suit of Nordic armor. This is more geared towards raiders, and is much more Viking-esque. I forgot to draw in a shield, but he would carry a round wooden shield, with metal banding around the edges, and a metal boss in the center.

dexter, both your armours are quite impressive, very well done! If you want my opinion about the helm for the first armour, I'd have to nominate either the top-right or bottom-right; they're simple, understated, and would compliment the armour well.
I have a Unicorn here and an Imga as promised. I'm not really sure what a native Altmer would wear so I just dressed the Imga up in something that I felt was appropriately stuffy and somewhat gaudy.
I had intended to do a concept of the gigantic bird from the "A Dance In Fire" book series, but I ran into a snag: A bird that size just wouldn't work. Not realistically or in game mechanics. In real life an avian that size would never be able to navigate through what I assume is a fairly dense forest canopy, and would only be able to hunt from clearings and the very tops of trees. The game mechanics don't work for simliar reasons, imagine a cliff racer four or five times the normal size trying to get at you through the Bitter Coast swamps: couldn't happen with all those tree statics. After that I had the idea to make a climbing bird, similar to a parrot or woodpecker, but I don't see how that could be animated.
Can this creature even be modelled? Lemme know if I should just do a concept anyway or if I should just forget it. (This probably belongs in a new thread, but I don't think it deserves that much)

The Imga is great. The contrast of bestial form and sophisticated clothing really convey the attitude of these creatures. The unicorn also looks good, however I feel the tail should have more in common with the mane, in order to pull the animal together and create an overall feeling of cohesiveness.

I like the upper-left helm the best, as it is narrower and would fit inbetween the pauldrons best. Also, it's friggin sweet.
I like the new armour too, and to spider the imga look much more like gorillas (beth had a concept sketch of their own).

Spider's Imga does look like a gorilla. The Imga shave their body hair and dress like High Elves because they are ashamed of their primitive bodies. I bet if you shaved a gorilla and dressed him in silly 16th century nobleman's clothing, he would look just like that.
And with my helmets, they are all supposed to be the same helmet. The only difference is the horns. But I am way too lazy to sit and make sure that each helmet is identical before I start drawing on the horns.

And here are some weapons.
Most of them are pretty straightforward. But just in case, this is what they are, going from left to right.
War axe
Mace
Longsword or Broadsword
Cleaver
Dagger or Shortsword
Some sort of warhammer. A unique item perhaps?
Spear
Longbow

@Dexter-I personally like the bottom left and the top right helmets myself. and all the weapons are cool espesially the unique warhammer thing. Awesome job man keep up the good work
@Spider-I've said that to you anyway before but....keep up the good work dude
@Both-between the two of you we have all the concept art we'd ever need and they're some of the best sketches I've ever seen (man I wish I could draw like that )

After having researched and seen what could possibly be thousands of different weapons, both real and fantasy... I have got to say, that is THE coolest war-hammer I have ever seen!

Now before someone calls me out, I am going to come clean.
The inspiration came from Ajax's warhammer from Troy. I took the initial design of an axe-hammer and applied my own special brand of awesome sauce.
And on that note, the cleaver was inspired by the Orc scimitars from Lord of the Rings.

Interesting you should bring up that suit. I was thinking about it, and figured that since it is so freakin huge, it should be extremely rare. Sort of the equivalent of Elite Her Hands armor in Mournhold. The suit would be worn by a handful of elite guards in one of the Nord halls. Even though I drew the suit with a shield, I think that these figured would probably use either huge claymores or warhammers. I will take your concept and see if I can come up with an ideal weapon for these brutes.

Well I suppose I'm about due for an update.
My first Ogre concept did not get much love, so I dehumanized it a bit.
And don't blame me for adding in the fart noise near his ass. That was all my girlfriend. I swear.

Actually, my first Ogre did have a club. And flies buzzing around his head too. It is posted on page 15 or so. Thanks for the compliments.
